What Is BigMarker? Webinar and Event Platform, Quoted
By Joris van Huët · BigMarker's own site
The short answer: if webinars are a programme for you, with several hosts, a CRM sync and in-person events on the same calendar, BigMarker is built for that, and you will be negotiating: all three Webcast plans, from Basic with 1 host licence to Enterprise with up to 100, say "Request pricing" (BigMarker pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). The vendor describes it as an AI-powered digital experience platform for webinars, virtual, hybrid and in-person events, on-demand hubs and eLearning (homepage).

Before you book the demo:
- Count your hosts, not your audience. Every Webcast plan is configurable up to 1M live attendees, so the clearest split between tiers is host licences: 1 on Basic, up to 4 on Professional, up to 100 on Enterprise (pricing). For example, if three people each need a host licence, Basic is short by two and Professional covers them.
- Name the CRM you already run. The pricing page gives Professional 1 CRM/MAS integration, while the integrations article reserves HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua and Pardot for enterprise and event customers. Two readings, so put your CRM's name in the quote request.
- Decide which number proves it worked. If the answer is pipeline from attendees, check that the fields you need export to the CRM before you sign, because the AI scoring that feeds them is enterprise-only (lead scoring article).
What BigMarker does
It runs six webinar types: live, summit or series, on-demand, automated, evergreen and an always-on 24-7 room, and the type is fixed once created (types of webinars). Automated sessions script chat, polls, offers and breakout rooms, so a recording behaves like a live room.
Around that sit the parts a webinar tool usually leaves out: ticketing and payments, badge printing, check-in kiosks and mobile apps for in-person events, plus video and learning hubs (homepage). The enterprise AI layer scores registrants, fills hidden profile fields from prompts and cuts recordings into chapters and clips (AI features).
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits a marketing or events team whose webinars, customer conference and certification course need one registration system and one data export. It suits less well a founder who wants a monthly session next week at a known price: nothing on the pricing page can be bought without a sales call.
What it costs
No figures are published. The pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026, lists Webcast Basic, Professional and Enterprise with "Request pricing" on each; virtual and hybrid event, badging and mobile app licences are priced per event with volume pricing; eLearning platforms are priced annually per platform.
A quote-only price list means the first number in the room is BigMarker's, offered after its team has heard what you want, as the request form describes. Write your host count, peak audience and CRM on one page, and ask for the quote against it.
How it compares
ON24. The enterprise platform buyers set beside BigMarker. Its site refused automated reading on 26 October 2026, so this page states nothing about its plans; send both vendors one written requirement and compare the quotes line by line (ON24).
Zoom. Zoom Webinars needs a Zoom Workplace Pro licence underneath, and the standard plan for 500 attendees shows $83.33 a month, billed annually as one upfront charge (Zoom pricing, same date). Choose it when the team already lives in Zoom and the webinar is a broadcast, not an event programme.
Getting started
Start from the data sales should receive. How to use BigMarker scores registrants with BigMarker AI and sends them to HubSpot after a human check.
FAQ
Can I change a webinar's type after creating it?
No. The one exception is a recorded live webinar, which becomes on-demand by itself (types of webinars).
Does BigMarker connect to HubSpot?
Yes: imports from lists and forms, exports to contacts, static lists, marketing events and timelines (HubSpot article). It is an enterprise integration, so confirm it is in your quote.
What about tools outside its list?
The pricing FAQ names Zapier and webhooks for 500+ further integrations (pricing), and there is API documentation.
