What Is Findymail? Verified Emails, Phones and Datacare
By Joris van Huët · Findymail's own site
The short answer: you are not misreading it: Findymail's pricing page sells seats with usage it calls "generous" without a number, from $99 a month for one seat, while its billing help article still talks in credit packs (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). Behind it sits a narrow tool for an outbound team with a sequencer already in place: verified business emails, mobiles outside the EU, pushed to the sender.

Before you pick a plan:
- Count the seats. Individual is one seat at $99 a month and Team is five at $399. For example, three people need Team, $133 a seat (399 / 3); five bring it to $79.80, on the pricing page.
- Bring the list you have. Emails Findymail finds are verified as they are found, so its verifier is for lists from elsewhere, per the verification article. Run your export through it before buying contacts.
- Hold it to its own number. The pricing page guarantees a bounce rate under 5% and refunds credits above it. Check it on your first campaign.
What Findymail does
The homepage promises B2B data "verified the moment you pull it". The Email Finder works from names and domains, LinkedIn URLs or domains alone, in bulk, in Chrome or by API, and the Phone Finder covers mobiles outside the EU. Intellimatch builds lead lists from a customer description, Signals track job changes, and Datacare keeps CRM records current. It sends nothing itself; contacts go to Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist and three other sequencers, per the push article.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits a cold email team whose first worry is bounce rate, and a Clay user who wants it as a step in a table, per its Clay article covers.
It suits less well a team that calls prospects in the EU, or wants data and sending in one tool; the verifier also skips Gmail and Yahoo addresses.
Plans and prices
In USD, checked on 26 October 2026 on the Findymail pricing page:
| Plan | Monthly price | Seats | Usage | Active signals |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | $99 | 1 | "Generous", no figure given | 5 |
| Team | $399 | 5 | 5x Individual | 25 |
| Scale | $999 | 20 | 20x Individual | 100 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
The yearly toggle reads "2 Months Free". At a usage limit nothing is charged; you wait or move up. A credit-based Starter at $99 a month, with 5,000 Finder and 5,000 Verifier credits that roll over up to twice the allowance, is meant for resellers and products that embed the data. An email costs 1 credit, a phone 10. Datacare starts at $500 a month billed annually. Sign-up gives 10 free credits without a card; the credits article, updated on 15 October 2026, says 25 and quotes a $49 package the pricing page no longer lists. Trust the pricing page.
How it compares
Apollo.io puts a database, sequences and a dialer behind one seat at $65 a month on monthly billing, per its pricing page, read on 26 October 2026 like the two below. Findymail is the narrower buy when the sequencer is already paid for.
Prospeo prices per user, with a free plan of 100 credits a month and the same 10 to 1 cost of a mobile against an email, on its pricing page. Its free tier is the cheaper test; Findymail's guarantee is the firmer promise.
ZeroBounce is a verifier first, with pay as you go from $39 for 2,000 validations on its pricing page. Choose it to clean a list; choose Findymail to find new business addresses.
The guarantee on the pricing page refunds credits rather than money, which keeps the remedy inside the subscription: treat the 5% line as a quality bar, not insurance.
