What Is Lusha? B2B Contact Data and Signals for GTM Teams

By Joris van Huët · Lusha's own site

The short answer: Lusha suits a sales or marketing team that reveals contacts one at a time, from LinkedIn, the CRM or a table, and wants direct dials as well as emails. Searching is free; an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5, per the credits article, and Starter is $49.90 a month for 400 credits on the pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

Before you pick a plan:

  1. Count phones separately. For example, 100 contacts with email and phone use up to 100 x 6 = 600 credits: more than Starter's 400 a month, exactly Pro's 600 at $69.90 on the pricing page. Emails alone use 100.
  2. Let the CRM say what you own. The HubSpot identifier marks contacts already in HubSpot before you reveal them.
  3. Track spend per person. Admins see credits by team member in Usage Analytics; check it weekly in the first month against meetings booked.

What Lusha does

Lusha calls itself "the B2B data and GTM intelligence layer for teams and AI agents". Its homepage describes 515M+ contacts and 29M+ companies, a confidence score on every email, a last-updated date on every email and phone, and 26 types of dated buying signals such as job changes and funding, plus fit scoring, buying committees and lookalikes. You reach it through the Workspace, a Chrome extension for LinkedIn and CRMs, CSV enrichment, sequences, an API and an MCP server with 50 tools, per the MCP overview.

Who it suits, and who it does not

It suits reps and marketers who prospect inside LinkedIn and their CRM, and teams that call. It suits less well a buyer expecting refunds for bad data: credits go at reveal, and the incorrect data policy offers a manual review, not an automatic credit back.

Lusha's compliance article says it relies on legitimate interest and does not collect opt-in consent for third-party outreach, so your legal basis and opt-outs are yours. Opt-out reports reach an admin about monthly and list only new opt-outs, per the opt-out article, so keep every report.

The credit slider on the pricing page scales Pro: 2,200 credits a month shows $249.90. Pro and Premium roll unused monthly credits over up to twice the allowance. One wrinkle: the billing FAQ says credit costs per detail vary by plan, so confirm the 1 and 5 in your account before a large reveal.

How it compares

Apollo.io prices per seat and charges 8 credits for a phone on its pricing page. Lusha includes seats with the plan, so a small team revealing many phones may find its arithmetic easier.

Clay sits a level above, with one contract for 200+ data and AI vendors on its homepage, so Lusha can be one provider inside a Clay workflow; Lusha's own Data Waterfall is the simpler version of that idea.

Yearly billing takes 25% off on the pricing page, and the billing FAQ forfeits unused annual credits at the end of the cycle, even on renewal. The forfeit is what the discount pays for, so go yearly only after a monthly quarter shows your real usage.
