What Is Optmyzr? PPC Audits, Rules and Spend-Based Plans
By Joris van Huët · Optmyzr's own site
The short answer: if you manage Google or Microsoft Ads with $25,000 to $150,000 of monthly spend, Optmyzr's Essentials plan is the way in: $299 a month on monthly billing at the $25,000 tier, or $209 billed yearly, for up to 25 accounts, per the Optmyzr pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026. It sits above the ad platforms with audits, alerts, negative keyword tools and rule-based automation.

What decides the bill:
- The spend tier, then the overage. For example, a $25K-tier account that keeps spending $40,000 a month is $15,000 over; at the billing FAQ rate of $3.50 per $1,000 that is 15 x $3.50 = $52.50 a month, while the $50K tier costs only $50 more.
- The accounts you connect. If you sign in with a Google Ads manager (MCC) login, Optmyzr links every account under it by default, per the day one guide. Unlink the ones you do not manage before their spend counts toward your tier.
- What the trial can show. The 14-day trial runs Premium features but locks scheduled automations, Rule Engine schedules included, per the trial article. Judge it on what you can run by hand: the audit and the wasted search terms it finds.
What Optmyzr does
Its homepage pitches account management for the AI era of PPC across Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads. The core is search: audits, a Negative Keyword Finder that splits search terms into single words, and a Rule Engine that turns your own conditions into scheduled strategies, with budget pacing, alerts and reports around them. An MCP server brings the data into Claude or ChatGPT.
Who it fits, and who it does not
It fits agencies and in-house paid search leads whose week goes into checking search terms, budgets and bids by hand across several accounts. Premium lifts the 25-account cap within fair use and adds feed management and daily automations. It fits less well a small advertiser: for example, at $5,000 of monthly spend the $299 entry price is 5.98% of the media budget.
Plans and prices
From the pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026, in USD per month. The billing FAQ says EU customers pay the same numbers in EUR.
| Monthly ad spend | Essentials, monthly | Essentials, billed yearly | Premium, monthly | Premium, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to $25K | $299 | $209 | $389 | $272 |
| Up to $50K | $349 | $244 | $454 | $318 |
| Up to $150K | $449 | $314 | $584 | $409 |
| Up to $250K | Premium only | Premium only | $599 | $419 |
| Up to $500K | Premium only | Premium only | $899 | $629 |
Above $500K, Enterprise is quoted. The price climbs with the spend you connect, so the vendor gains from every account you link: size the plan to this quarter's spend, not next year's hopes.
How it compares
- Opteo is built for Google Ads and prices by accounts and spend: $129 a month covers 10 accounts and $25,000 of spend, and $249 covers 25 accounts and $100,000, per Opteo's pricing, checked on 26 October 2026. It suits a Google-only team that wants suggested improvements pushed live in a click.
- TrueClicks costs nothing up to $50K of monthly spend, with every feature and unlimited Google and Microsoft accounts on every plan, and $249 a month at its $100K tier, per TrueClicks pricing, checked on 26 October 2026. It is the cheaper first test for audits and monitoring.
Getting started
Connect one account, run the default audit, then work the Negative Keyword Finder; how to use Optmyzr walks that job end to end. Optmyzr's rules run on conversions as the ad platforms count them. Later, if you want a check on whether those conversions were caused by the ads at all, a causal attribution tool like Causality Engine runs it. Disclosure: I founded it.
