What Is Pitch? A Shared Deck Workspace With an AI Agent
By Joris van Huët · Pitch's own site
The short answer: if more than one person edits your sales and marketing decks, Pitch prices the way that team works: it bills only editors, so commenters and outside guests cost nothing, and the Team plan is $19 per editor a month billed yearly or $23 monthly for up to 25 members (pricing page, billing guide, checked on 26 October 2026). Pitch is a collaborative presentation workspace with an AI agent, tracked share links and deal rooms, and its homepage says 4M+ teams use it.
Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.
What decides the tier:
- Count editors, not people. For example, 4 editors and 10 commenters on Team cost 4 x $19 = $76 a month on yearly billing, since the billing guide charges the owner, admins and creators and nobody else.
- Your existing decks. Pitch imports .pptx files; from Google Slides or Keynote you export to PPTX first, per the pricing page FAQ.
- How many tracked links you need. Team includes 25 advanced links, the kind that record visits, slide views and time on slide, and Business makes them unlimited, per the pricing page.
A workspace before a slide editor
Pitch is built around a shared workspace: teamspaces, folders, roles and live co-editing, with the AI inside it. Pitch Agent generates and edits slides on credits that renew monthly and are shared across the workspace, and extra credits cost $0.004 each, with a budget you can set (pricing page).
Two features face outward. Advanced links record each visit, with an optional email requirement, passcode, PDF download and expiry date (link guide). Pitch rooms gather decks, files, embeds, action items and a contact button for one client behind one link (rooms guide).
For agents, Pitch runs a remote MCP server on every plan: an assistant can find and read decks, fill a template's variables, ask Pitch Agent to write, manage links and read their analytics, with the connecting person's access (MCP overview). The API, and templates with variables, are on Business and Enterprise, per the MCP and API page.
Who it fits
Sales, marketing and founder teams of 2 to 200 that build decks together and send them outside the company: proposals, QBRs, investor updates. Integrations listed on the plan comparison include HubSpot, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, ChartMogul, Loom and Brandfetch.
It fits less well a solo user whose decks never leave the building, since tracked links and rooms start on Team, or a workspace over 200 members, which needs Enterprise (plans article).
Plans, per editor
Checked on 26 October 2026 on the Pitch pricing page, in USD, per editor a month:
| Free | Plus | Team | Business | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paying yearly | $0 | $13 | $19 | $25 |
| Paying monthly | $0 | $15 | $23 | $30 |
| Members | Up to 5 | 1 | Up to 25 | Up to 200 |
| AI credits | 100, not renewed | 500 a month | 500 a month | 750 a month |
| Advanced links | None | None | 25 | Unlimited |
| Version history | None | None | 30 days | Unlimited |
Plus adds custom fonts, video uploads and PowerPoint export without Pitch branding. Yearly billing saves 17%. On it, Pitch checks the editor count every month and invoices extra seats mid-cycle, yet the billing guide offers no refunds or credits for removed members, so a freelancer given editor rights for one campaign is paid for until the renewal date.
Next to Gamma and PowerPoint
- Gamma also bills per member, and publishes gammas as websites, with 10 custom domains on Pro and 100 on Business, per its business plans article. If the output is often a web page, Gamma; if a sales team sends decks and needs to see who opened them, Pitch's links and rooms decide it.
- PowerPoint already comes with most office suites; Microsoft 365 Business Basic, at $7 per user a month paid yearly, includes its web and mobile versions (Microsoft 365 plans). For internal decks that may be enough; Pitch earns its seat on decks that leave the building.
Getting started
The Free plan is enough to test the editor. How to use Pitch builds a tailored sales deck from a template with variables and tracks who opens it.
FAQ
Is Pitch free?
Yes: the Free plan has unlimited presentations, custom templates and basic sharing links, with 100 AI credits that do not renew once used.
Can I connect Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes, through the MCP server at https://mcp.pitch.com/mcp, signed in with OAuth. One client connects to one workspace at a time; switching means disconnecting and reconnecting.
Do guests pay?
No. Guests and commenters take no paid seat. Team allows 25 external guests and Business an unlimited number.
