What Is Salesflare? The CRM That Fills Itself From Email

By Joris van Huët · Salesflare's own site

The short answer: if your B2B team of two to ten people sells from Gmail or Outlook and the CRM is always a week behind, Salesflare is built for that: it creates contacts and account timelines from your email, calendar and signatures before anyone types a thing. The Growth plan at €29 per user a month, billed annually, covers that; sequences of several emails need Pro at €49.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

Before the 30-day trial ends:

  1. Work out the billing gap. For example, four users on Pro cost 4 x €49 = €196 a month billed annually, or 4 x €64 = €256 billed monthly, per the pricing page: €60 a month for the right to leave at short notice.
  2. Connect the mailbox you already use, and import accounts with their website domains: the import guide says company data and contact suggestions run off the domain.
  3. Count what it built. After a week, compare the accounts it created with the ones your team would have typed.

What Salesflare does differently

Most of the work happens without a form. Once a mailbox and calendar are connected, Salesflare creates contacts and fills each account's timeline with emails, meetings, calls and notes, per its email sync article. Website visits join the timeline once you add its tracking script.

Those signals feed a hotness score from opens, clicks, visits and emails in the past seven days, with a live alert when an account turns hot, per the hotness article.

For outreach it sends email workflows from your own mailbox to contacts matching a filter, and it has sidebars in Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn. Contacts, accounts and opportunities are uncapped, per its limits article.

AI assistants connect through Salesflare's app in ChatGPT and connector in Claude, or its MCP server, to look up, create and update records, per its AI guide. Zapier, Make and a REST API cover the rest.

Who it suits, and who it does not

It suits founders and small B2B sales teams whose relationships live in email and meetings, and who will not keep a CRM up to date by hand. It suits less well a team that sells mainly by phone at volume, or one that needs approval processes or custom modules, which its feature list does not include.

What it costs, checked on 24 October 2026

Per user per month on the Salesflare pricing page, which shows the same figures in euros and dollars:

PlanBilled annuallyBilled monthlyLead credits
Growth€29€395
Pro€49€64100
Enterprise, 5 users minimum€99€124250

The trial runs 30 days with no credit card. A CRM that fills itself from your inbox also makes itself harder to leave, which suits the vendor more than you; data export is a listed feature, so try it during the trial.

Next to HubSpot and Pipedrive

HubSpot keeps sequences and forecasting for Sales Hub Professional, which its sales pricing page lists from $90 a seat a month; Salesflare puts multi-step email on Pro at €49. Pipedrive's homepage sells pipeline tracking with AI deal management and sales automation; the question that decides it is whether your team will log activity itself or wants the CRM to fill in from email, which is Salesflare's whole pitch.

Getting started

How to use Salesflare follows one job from a connected mailbox onwards: event leads followed up by an email workflow, with the hot ones handed to sales.

FAQ

Can I pay in euros?

Yes. The pricing page shows euro and dollar prices, with the same figures in each.

How many workflow emails can it send a day?

It depends on your mailbox: 2,000 a day for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, 500 for personal Gmail and 200 for a custom SMTP server, per the quota article. Emails over the quota go out over the next hours or days.

Can Claude or ChatGPT work in Salesflare?

Yes, through Salesflare's app and connector, or its MCP server at mcp.salesflare.com. Its AI guide recommends starting with read-only questions and reviewing any change the assistant proposes.
