What Is Anymail Finder? Verified Emails, Charged Per Hit

By Joris van Huët · Anymail Finder's own site

The short answer: if you already know which people or companies you want and only lack the addresses, Anymail Finder fills that gap. It checks each address live against the recipient's mail server and spends a credit only when the check passes, from $29 a month for 400 credits on its pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026. If you still have to decide who to target, start elsewhere.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

Before you buy credits:

  1. Price the list. For example, 300 accounts searched for one marketing decision maker each cost at most 300 x 2 = 600 credits, inside the 1k-credit plan at $49 a month on the pricing page.
  2. Use the file you have. Export accounts from your CRM with a domain column, which the API reference calls the preferred input.
  3. Take a baseline. The free list test checks up to 5,000 rows without a signup and emails you the verified share.

What Anymail Finder does

Five lookups: a person from a name and a company or domain, up to 20 addresses at a domain for one credit, a decision maker by role, a person from a LinkedIn URL, and a check of outside addresses at 0.2 credits. The bulk finder takes files of up to 100,000 rows, and the same engine runs behind an API, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, n8n and an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, per its integrations page. Since 5 October 2026, former "risky" results return as not found, and free, per the status article.

Where it fits, and where it does not

It fits a marketing lead with an account list, an event list or a patchy CRM, and anyone wiring lookups into an enrichment flow. Unlimited team members share one credit pool.

It fits less well when the list itself is missing: its pages cover finding and verifying addresses, not filtering a database by industry or intent, and not sending. Its GDPR page names it controller of the contact data it returns and your processor for uploaded lists; GDPR Article 14 still asks you to tell people where their data came from, at the latest in your first message.

Prices, checked on 24 October 2026

In USD, excluding VAT, from the pricing page:

Credits a monthBilled monthlyBilled yearly
400$29$228 a year
1k$49$384 a year
2k$89$708 a year
5k$149$1,188 a year
10k$199$1,596 a year

Credits roll over with no cap while you subscribe, and packs run from $1,090 for 100k credits, valid 12 months. One inconsistency: the pricing page and the MCP page charge 1 credit for a LinkedIn URL search, the status article 2, so check the usage history after a few.

How it compares

Apollo.io is a database you filter, 240M+ contacts by its homepage, with sequences and a dialer in the seat, and its pricing FAQ says unused credits do not roll over. Choose by your starting point: people still to find, or people already chosen.

Hunter shows the public sources behind each address and sends sequences from your mailboxes, with a check at 0.5 credits on its pricing page. It wins when sending belongs in the same tool.

Anymail Finder's headline figures, 86.4% verified coverage at 98.9% accuracy, come from its own 14-tool benchmark. A vendor's benchmark grades its own homework; your file in the free test is the fairer judge.

Getting started

Upload the accounts, pick the role, download the verified rows: how to use Anymail Finder runs that job for the marketing lead at each target account.

FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes, on monthly plans: 7 days and 100 credits, then the plan starts unless you cancel, per the trial article.

What happens to credits when I cancel?

They expire at the end of the billing period and do not return if you resubscribe, per the cancellation article.

Can an AI assistant use my account?

Yes, over MCP. The setup guide says a connection can search, verify and read your balance, but not touch billing or your team.
