What Is Catchr? Marketing Connectors Sized by Accounts

By Joris van Huët · Catchr's own site

The short answer: you are not misreading Catchr's pricing page: on the annual tab, Momentum shows $79 a month beside a $790 yearly bill, and $790 over 12 months is $65.83, which is what the comparison table further down says (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). Read the yearly totals and the plan follows from two counts, platforms and accounts: three platforms and ten accounts fit Starter at $24 a month or $239 a year, however many people use it. Catchr connects 100+ marketing sources to Data Studio, spreadsheets, warehouses, its API and AI assistants, and suits teams with many people and a handful of platforms (homepage).

Count accounts the way Catchr does:

  1. Accounts, added up. For example, 3 Facebook Ads accounts and 5 Google Ads accounts are 8 accounts, the pricing page's own example; add two GA4 properties and you are at Starter's 10 (pricing page).
  2. Accounts as Catchr defines them. A Google Ads account counts, a manager account does not; a GA4 property, a HubSpot portal and each WooCommerce store count once each (account definition).
  3. Accounts in use, not accounts connected. The usage bar counts an account once any destination has requested its data in the last 30 days, and one account used in several destinations counts once (usage article).

What Catchr does

You connect each platform once as a Source, and its accounts appear in every destination: Data Studio through Catchr's connectors, Sheets and Excel through add-ons, Power BI, Tableau, CSV and JSON through the API menu, databases through Datastreams (how Catchr works). Connectors are live, calling the platform whenever a report refreshes; only Amazon Ads is stored, loaded daily.

The MCP server at api.catchr.io/mcp lets Claude or ChatGPT query the same sources, and it is included in every plan (MCP page). A Send a custom link option lets the owner of an ad account connect it to your workspace without seeing anything else; the link expires after 7 days (invite article).

Who it suits, and who it does not

It suits teams where account managers, analysts and clients all need reports, since users and requests are unlimited on every plan (limitations article). It suits less well a warehouse on a small budget: BigQuery and API access start on Growth, other warehouses on Scale.

What it costs

In dollars, checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page. A custom plan covers more volume or specific security needs.

PlanBilled monthlyBilled annually, per yearPlatformsAccounts
Starter$24$239310
Momentum$79$790530
Growth$239$2,39010100
Scale$599$5,99025500

The trial runs 14 days with no card and needs a Google account (trial article).

Against Windsor.ai and Supermetrics

Windsor.ai also prices by sources and accounts, with destinations uncounted, from $19 a month billed annually, and BigQuery is available on that entry plan (Windsor.ai pricing). If a warehouse is part of the job, Windsor.ai reaches it for less; if Data Studio is the whole job, the two are close.

Supermetrics prices per destination and limits users, with Starter from $44 a month billed yearly for one user (Supermetrics pricing). Ten people reading reports favour Catchr's unlimited users.

Getting started

How to use Catchr covers the case where an agency or freelancer owns the ad accounts. One habit to start with: an account switches itself on the moment any report asks for its data, and opening an old Data Studio report reactivates an account you had switched off (usage article). So the cap you hit is set by the reports still in circulation, not by the clients you still serve, and that default works in the direction of the next tier. Delete the data sources of reports nobody reads.

FAQ

Does Catchr store my marketing data?

No, apart from Amazon Ads. Each request goes to the platform's API at the moment a report asks, per how Catchr works.

How often can a Google Sheets request refresh?

At most once an hour; a BigQuery job can run every 15 minutes (limitations article).

What happens when a connection breaks?

Catchr emails the account owner when a Source fails to refresh, and can post the alert to a Slack channel instead (alerts article).
