What Is Windsor.ai? Connectors Counted by Source and Account
By Joris van Huët · Windsor.ai's own site
The short answer: if you report on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and GA4 for one business, Windsor.ai's Basic plan at $19 a month billed annually, or $23 monthly, covers it, and every destination comes with it, BigQuery and Claude included, because Windsor.ai counts only data sources and accounts (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). Windsor.ai describes itself as a no-code data integration platform that pulls from 350+ platforms into BI tools, spreadsheets, warehouses and AI chats (homepage).

What sets the plan:
- Accounts, including every client under a manager account. For example, an agency with 20 clients under one Google Ads MCC, plus each client's Facebook Ads and GA4, uses 3 data sources and 20 x 3 = 60 accounts, which Windsor.ai's own worked example places on Basic, whose cap is 75 (counting guide).
- Sources, with ads and organic apart. Facebook Ads and Facebook Pages are two data sources, Instagram organic a third, while Instagram ads ride on the Facebook Ads connector; Basic allows 3 sources, Standard 7 (pricing FAQ).
- What to check before day 30. The first 30 days carry 10 sources and 15 accounts; then the account steps down to 1 source and 1 account, and anything above that is paused, not deleted, so note which connections earned their place (free start guide).
What Windsor.ai does
Data reaches a destination in two ways. BI tools such as Data Studio and Power BI query it through connectors on their own refresh schedule; warehouses, databases and Google Sheets receive it through destination tasks, scheduled syncs that can backfill history. A Blended Data connector returns several sources as one table (answers page).
In Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, the MCP server answers questions across every source and can act: create Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, or pause and re-budget TikTok, Microsoft and Amazon ads. The assistant asks before every change, and anything it creates starts paused (answers page).
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits teams that want their data in several tools on a small budget, since destinations and users cost nothing extra on paid plans. It suits less well a team that needs single sign-on below Enterprise, or wants a refund option: all sales are final (answers page).
What it costs
In dollars, checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page. Enterprise, for up to 200 sources and 50,000 accounts, is priced on request.
| Plan | Per month, billed annually | Billed monthly | Data sources | Accounts | Destination tasks | Sync |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 1 | 1 | 5 | Daily |
| Basic | $19 | $23 | 3 | 75 | 5 | Daily |
| Standard | $99 | $118 | 7 | 75 | Unlimited | Hourly |
| Plus | $249 | $299 | 10 | 200 | Unlimited | Hourly |
| Professional | $499 | $598 | 14 | 500 | Unlimited | Every 15 minutes |
Subscriptions renew automatically even when nobody logs in, refunds are not issued, and cancelling deletes the historical data Windsor.ai holds for you (answers page). The history you build inside the tool is what makes leaving expensive, so keep a copy in a destination you own from the first month.
Next to Supermetrics, Coupler.io and Catchr
Supermetrics prices per destination and quotes BigQuery only on Enterprise (Supermetrics pricing), so a warehouse on a small budget points to Windsor.ai.
Coupler.io counts destinations, one on Starter and three on Active (Coupler.io pricing); if the work is reshaping data before it lands, its Append, Join and Aggregate steps are built for that.
Catchr also sizes plans by platforms and accounts, but BigQuery starts on its $239 Growth plan (Catchr pricing). For Data Studio alone, the two are close.
Getting started
How to use Windsor.ai sends Google Ads and Meta Ads history into BigQuery with a backfill, then lets Claude read it with campaign changes switched off. Do the free part first: one ad account on the free plan, which asks for no card, proves the connection and the schedule before any money moves.
FAQ
Do Claude, ChatGPT or Data Studio count against my plan?
No. They are destinations, and destinations are included on every plan; only the platforms you pull from count as data sources (pricing FAQ).
Can I stop Claude from ever changing my campaigns?
Yes. Connect the ad account to Windsor.ai with a platform user that has read-only or reporting access, and the platform rejects any write request (answers page).
How far back does the data go?
Up to 10 years on paid plans and 30 days on the free one, within each platform's own limits (answers page).
