What Is Coupler.io? Data Flows, Blending and AI Access
By Joris van Huët · Coupler.io's own site
The short answer: if three people need the same blended ad report, Coupler.io's Active plan at $99 a month billed annually is the first that fits, because Starter at $24 stops at one user and 5,000 rows a run, while Active has unlimited users and no row cap (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). Coupler.io is a no-code data integration platform: a data flow pulls from 400+ sources, blends and reshapes the data on the way, and loads it into spreadsheets, BI tools, warehouses or AI tools such as Claude (homepage).

Count these before choosing a plan:
- Accounts across all sources, added up. For example, 4 Google Ads, 3 Facebook Ads, 5 GA4 and 3 HubSpot accounts make 4 + 3 + 5 + 3 = 15, which fills Active completely; the limit is not 15 per source (features and limits).
- The places the data must land. Starter allows one destination, Active three, Pro unlimited, and on Starter your first flow's destination binds every later flow (features and limits).
- Rows per run, before any filter. The row limit is counted on what the source returns, before transformations; hit it and the scheduled refresh for that flow pauses, so filter at the source (features and limits).
How a data flow works
A flow has four steps, per the first data flow guide: sources, each with its own account and date range; data sets, where you rename, filter and add formula columns, and where Append stacks similar sources, Join matches them on a key and Aggregate rolls them up; destinations, several per flow if you like; and flow settings, with the schedule and run history.
Two AI routes sit on top. An AI tool added as a destination, such as Claude or ChatGPT, can query that flow's data over MCP and build flows in conversation (AI integrations). The in-app AI Agent, still in beta, sees every data set in the workspace and draws on a monthly credit allowance, 900 on Starter.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits teams that want several sources blended into one table without SQL, and agencies that need client workspaces, which start on Pro (pricing page). It suits less well one user with one source, whom the free plan or a native connector covers, or a team that needs refreshes faster than hourly without a sales call.
Plans and what they cost
Business plans in dollars, checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page. Annual billing saves 25%. An Agency tab covers setups past Pro's 50 accounts, priced through sales.

Next to Supermetrics and Windsor.ai
Supermetrics prices by destination, sources, users and accounts, from $44 a month billed yearly for one user, and quotes warehouses only on Enterprise (Supermetrics pricing). BigQuery at a published price with several editors points to Coupler.io.
Windsor.ai counts data sources and accounts but not destinations, so Claude, Data Studio and BigQuery all come with its $19 Basic plan billed annually (Windsor.ai pricing). Several destinations on a small budget point to Windsor.ai.
Getting started
Sign-up opens seven days with Pro limits, then the account falls to the free plan unless you choose one (pricing FAQ). Those seven days run on hourly refresh and unlimited destinations, so the setup you test is one that only the $199 plan keeps running as built; on day eight it is one account and 100 rows a run. How to use Coupler.io merges three ad platforms into one spend table within Starter's limits.
FAQ
Does the same ad account count twice?
It can. One account connected in two workspaces counts twice (features and limits), and so does one login added twice as separate credentials (accounts limit calculation).
Can Claude read my Coupler.io data?
Yes, once Claude is a destination of the flow. If the official connector's tools fail to load on Claude's individual plans, the troubleshooting page gives a custom connector as the workaround.
What do I lose on the free plan?
Automatic refresh, first of all. The free plan also keeps one active data flow, one account and 100 rows a run, per the pricing FAQ.
