What Is ClickMeeting? Webinars, Meetings and Paid Events
By Joris van Huët · ClickMeeting's own site
The short answer: if your webinars are training, courses or masterclasses that people pay for, ClickMeeting is built for that case, starting at $37 a month billed annually for the Live plan with 50 attendees (ClickMeeting pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). It runs online meetings, live and automated webinars and paid events in one account (homepage).

Rule of thumb before you pick a tier:
- Price the seats you fill, not the ones you hope for. Plans are sized by attendees per event. At 100 attendees, Live is $83 a month billed monthly or $63 billed annually (pricing); for example, ($83 - $63) x 12 = $240 a year saved by committing.
- Start from the meeting tool you already pay for. If the company runs Teams or Zoom for internal calls, ClickMeeting earns its place on the outward-facing work: ticket sales, certificates of attendance and automated sessions, which are on its feature list (pricing).
- Decide where the result is read. The HubSpot integration sorts contacts into Registered, Attended and Registered not attended lists (integrations), so the follow-up can be measured per group.
What ClickMeeting does
One account holds four event types: online meetings, live webinars, automated webinars and on-demand recordings, with an Edu Mode for classes (event types). Webinars take up to 8 cameras and microphones at once (homepage FAQ).
The monetisation layer is where it differs from a meeting tool. Paid events connect to Stripe or PayPal, with discount ticket pools, promo codes and a paywall that gives a free preview of an on-demand recording (paid webinars). After the event, AI transcription and an AI summary of topics, conclusions and recommendations are on all paid plans (AI webinar page).
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits a training company, an academy or a marketing team selling seats to an expert session, with ticket, reminder and certificate in one tool. It suits less well an internal all-hands, which the company's own Teams or Zoom licence already covers.
What it costs
USD per month, as the pricing page showed them on 26 October 2026; check the currency at checkout.
| Attendees | Live, monthly | Live, billed annually | Automated, monthly | Automated, billed annually |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | $48 | $37 | $58 | $48 |
| 200 | $157 | $125 | $189 | $153 |
| 1,000 | $335 | $269 | $385 | $310 |
Enterprise covers events up to 10,000 attendees on a quote. Paid tickets carry a 5% service charge on the gross ticket price (paid webinars).
Moving up a plan is a button in Billing details; moving down means contacting the Customer Success team before the next cycle, and a downgrade voids any promo codes (pricing FAQ). The easy direction is the one that raises ClickMeeting's invoice, so start on the smaller tier.
How it compares
Microsoft Teams. With Teams Enterprise, Microsoft's admin guide lists events for up to 1,000 interactive attendees and up to 10,000 view-only, created in the Teams Events app (Plan for Teams events). Choose Teams when nobody pays to attend and the company already runs Teams Enterprise.
Zoom. Zoom's webinar plans are billed annually as one upfront charge (Zoom pricing, same date), where ClickMeeting also sells month to month. Choose Zoom when the organisation has standardised on Zoom Workplace, which its webinar plans require.
Getting started
Run a test paid event inside the 14-day trial. How to use ClickMeeting sets up a paid masterclass with ticket pools, promo codes and an AI summary for the follow-up.
FAQ
Is there a free plan?
There is a 14-day free trial for 25 attendees with no card required (pricing). In the trial, paid events are capped at 2 events, a ticket price of 4 in your currency and 25 tickets (paid webinars).
Can two colleagues run events at the same time?
Not by default. Multiuser logins host one event at a time; each Parallel events add-on allows one more (homepage FAQ).
Can I cap ticket sales below my plan size?
Yes, on request to support; the default is the plan's attendee count (paid webinars).
