What Is Reclaim.ai? An AI Calendar That Defends Focus Time
By Joris van Huët · Reclaim.ai's own site
The short answer: if meetings keep eating the hours you set aside for campaign work, Reclaim.ai's free Lite plan already runs a Focus Time agent for one person, and a team of up to 10 pays $10 per seat a month on Starter billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). Reclaim is an AI calendar that sits on top of Google Calendar or Outlook and schedules focus time, routines, task time and meetings around each other, re-planning as the week moves.

Size it before the trial:
- The seat sum. For example, a team of 8 on Starter costs 8 x $10 x 12 = $960 a year billed yearly; on Business, which adds a team out-of-office calendar and delegated access for assistants, 8 x $15 x 12 = $1,440, using the pricing page.
- The calendar and task list you already have. Reclaim works on your existing Google or Outlook calendar and pulls tasks from Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Todoist and Google Tasks, per its getting started guide. Nothing has to move.
- Last week's split. Before connecting, count your hours in meetings and your unbroken blocks of an hour or more. Reclaim's Insights tab reports the same split afterwards, so the two weeks can be compared.
What Reclaim does
Reclaim calls its automations agents. Focus Time works toward a weekly goal of protected hours, Defend Meeting Overload protects time once meetings pass a cap, Habits hold flexible slots for routines such as a weekly report, Buffers add prep and travel time, and Smart Meetings move recurring internal meetings, per the getting started guide. Accounts created since May 2026 run this version, Reclaim 2.0.
Four priority levels settle every conflict, and a scheduling link can only offer time held by lower-priority flexible events, per the priorities article. Changes proposed in Reclaim Chat wait in Preview Mode until you apply them, per the chat article.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits people whose week belongs to other people's meetings: marketing leads, managers, anyone with a booking link in their signature. It suits less well anyone whose calendar is not Google or Outlook, and a team that wants each task booked as its own event: in Reclaim 2.0, tasks are recommended inside the time your agents protect, per the tasks article.
Plans and prices
Per seat a month in USD, excluding tax, checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Seats | Plans ahead | Scheduling links |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | Free | Free | 1 user | 1 week | 1 |
| Starter | $10 | $12 | Up to 10 | 8 weeks | 3 |
| Business | $15 | $18 | Up to 100 | 12 weeks | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | $22 | Not offered | Over 100 | 12 weeks | Unlimited |
Teams moving from Clockwise, Motion or Calendly get 20% off for six months, per the same pricing page. New subscriptions start with a 30-day trial, and the trial article says the subscription then continues on the plan you picked unless you downgrade to Lite before day 30, so a trial nobody revisits ends as a paid plan. Put the downgrade date in the calendar Reclaim is managing.
How it compares
- Calendly is a booking tool first: free for one event type, Standard at $10 per seat a month billed yearly, per Calendly's pricing. Choose it for external bookings; choose Reclaim to defend the time around them, since its links weigh each slot against your priorities.
- Clockwise closed on 27 March 2026; its notice says its focus blocks were removed from calendars and points former customers to Reclaim. A comparison that still lists it is out of date.
- Motion books every task onto the calendar and runs whole projects, from $19 per seat a month billed annually, with no free plan on Motion's pricing. Choose Motion when the plan is the work; Reclaim when the meetings are.
