What Is Sendible? Agency Workspaces, Unlimited Users
By Joris van Huët · Sendible's own site
The short answer: an agency with 7 clients and a team of five fits Sendible's Premium plan at $199 a month on monthly billing, which holds 7 workspaces, 42 social profiles and unlimited users (Sendible pricing, checked on 24 October 2026). Sendible is a social media platform built around client workspaces, for agencies and multi-location brands.

Before you pick a plan:
- Count clients, not colleagues. Each workspace is one client with its own calendar, 6 profiles, inbox and reports, per the pricing FAQ. For example, 9 clients outgrow Premium's 7 workspaces, and Elite at $299 covers 15: a step of $299 - $199 = $100 a month. Workspace bundles can also be added, at a price the page does not give.
- Check the daily ceiling. Sending is capped per workspace: 100 posts a day on Core, 200 on Plus, 300 on Premium and 500 on Elite and Enterprise, per the limits article.
- Check the networks your clients care about. The pricing FAQ says Instagram direct messages cannot be answered in Sendible, so a client who sells through DMs needs another inbox.
What Sendible does
Posts are scheduled to a calendar or fed into smart queues that publish on set weekdays and times, and a bulk importer takes a month of posts from a CSV file. Client Connect is a widget on your own website through which clients add their social accounts without handing over passwords (Client Connect article). Plus adds approvals, Premium adds content libraries and branded reports, and Elite adds dynamic fields for bulk posting. A Zapier integration creates scheduled or queued posts from other apps.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits an agency or franchise whose head count grows faster than its client list, because users are unlimited on every plan. It suits less well a one-person brand, for whom unlimited users is no advantage, or a team that needs Instagram DMs answered in the same tool.

| Enterprise | $750 | $638 | 50 | 300 |
The trial runs 14 days without a card. White label, with your own domain and branding, is a paid add-on for Elite and Enterprise, from $349 and $800 a month respectively, per the same pricing FAQ.
How it compares
Rival figures were read on each vendor's pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026.
Hootsuite. Hootsuite charges each user: five people on Standard at $99 per user billed annually is 5 x $99 = $495 a month (Hootsuite plans), against $169 for Sendible Premium on yearly billing. Sendible's homepage runs a similar sum in its own table, and a vendor's comparison grades its own homework, so redo it with your real seat count.
Buffer. Buffer prices each channel; its own example puts 50 channels on Team at $255 a month on monthly billing (Buffer pricing), with access levels instead of client workspaces.
RecurPost. The Agency plan is $79 a month for 20 accounts with 3 users, and each extra teammate is $20 a month (RecurPost pricing). Cheaper for three people, dearer for ten.
