What Is Two Minute Reports? Marketing Data Into Google Sheets

By Joris van Huët · Two Minute Reports's own site

The short answer: if one team pulls Google Ads, Meta and GA4 for up to three accounts each into Google Sheets, Two Minute Reports' Lite plan covers it at $97 a month, or $970 a year, with every connector and unlimited seats included (plans article, checked on 26 October 2026). It moves data from 30+ marketing and analytics platforms into Google Sheets or Google Data Studio without code, and its Hub adds dashboards, goals and AI tools (overview article).

What moves the price:

  1. Accounts per connector. Lite allows 3 on each connector, Pro 30 and Business 100, and each extra slot costs $10, $8 or $5 a month by plan (plans article). For example, six Google Ads accounts on Lite cost $97 + 3 x $10 = $127 a month, well below Pro's $297.
  2. The destination your reports already live in. One destination, Google Sheets or Google Data Studio, is in the plan price; the second costs $49 a month (destination add-on article). Choose the one your team opens today.
  3. The run log. My Reports shows, for each spreadsheet, how many queries and schedules succeeded on their last run (spreadsheets article). That count tells you whether the automation is holding.

From connector to cell

A connection signs in to a platform. A query picks accounts, metrics, dimensions and dates and writes the result to a sheet. A schedule reruns the queries hourly, daily, weekly or monthly and can email the sheet as a PDF or an Excel file (scheduling article). The connectors span ad platforms, Shopify, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, Klaviyo and databases, plus an API Bridge for JSON APIs (overview article).

In the Hub, Clients keep each client's accounts apart, Goals track targets and budget pacing, and Dash, the built-in assistant, answers questions. Claude, ChatGPT and other tools connect over MCP and can do only what your role allows (AI tools overview).

A fit for spreadsheet teams

It fits teams whose reporting already lives in Sheets or Data Studio and who want every connector without a shortlist. It fits less well a team that needs a warehouse, since Sheets and Data Studio are the only destinations (destination add-on article), or a small team that expects help on call, as the prices below show.

Plans, billed monthly or yearly

USD, checked on 26 October 2026 on the plans article and the pricing page:

PlanPer monthPer yearAccounts per connectorChat and email support
Lite$97$9703No
Pro$297$2,97030Yes, with SLAs
Business$597$5,970100Yes, plus an account manager

Yearly billing gives two months free, the trial lasts 14 days without a card, and the euro prices are €86, €261 and €525 a month (plans article, checked on 26 October 2026).

Support is fenced into the tier above. Lite is listed without chat and email support or SLAs, so a schedule that breaks before a Monday client call is yours to debug, and the comparison table sells the reply time, not more data, for the $200 a month between Lite and Pro (plans article).

Next to Supermetrics and Google's own connectors

Supermetrics Starter runs from $44 a month billed yearly for 3 data sources of your choice, 1 user and 3 accounts per source, with Claude and ChatGPT included (Supermetrics pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). Two Minute Reports' Lite, $81 a month billed yearly, includes every connector and unlimited seats, so the deciding count is platforms and people: few of both favours Supermetrics.

Data Studio, the name Google's product page now uses for Looker Studio, connects directly to Google Ads, Google Analytics and Sheets at no charge. If every source is Google's, start there; Meta, TikTok or Shopify data is where a paid connector earns its fee.

FAQ

Do I pay per user?

No. Current plans include unlimited seats; plans bought before July 2026 keep a fixed count (plans article).

Can I use both Google Sheets and Data Studio?

Yes, with the destination add-on at $49 a month or $490 a year, available on every plan including Lite (destination add-on article).

What stops if I cancel?

When the term ends, your team loses access, Google Sheets queries and schedules stop running and briefings stop sending; nothing is deleted (subscription article).
