What Is Waalaxy? LinkedIn Prospecting From Ready Sequences
By Joris van Huët · Waalaxy's own site
The short answer: if one founder or rep sends fewer than 300 LinkedIn invitations a month, Waalaxy's Pro plan at $19 a month on monthly billing covers it; above that, Advanced at $39 lifts the cap to 800, and email sequences start on Business at $69 (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). Waalaxy is a LinkedIn and email prospecting tool that has run entirely in the cloud since its Chrome extension was retired in July 2026, and it launches campaigns from ready-made sequences rather than a blank builder.

Rule of thumb for the tier:
- Invitations set the plan. Waalaxy suggests 1,000 to 1,500 prospects per campaign in its getting started guide. For example, 1,200 people at Pro's 300 a month take 1,200 / 300 = 4 months to invite; at Advanced's 800, 1,200 / 800 = 1.5 months.
- What you already have. A LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search URL is the import, and HubSpot and Pipedrive connect natively, per the homepage.
- The two rates to watch. The same guide aims for 30 to 40% acceptance and a 14 to 15% reply rate, and reads anything under 5% replies as a message or targeting problem.
How Waalaxy works
A campaign is a list of prospects plus a sequence picked from a catalogue of fixed combinations of visits, follows, invitations, messages and emails; the sequence article says a model cannot be edited or built from scratch.
Waalaxy sets the daily quotas itself, from 11 invitations a day on Pro to 200 a week on Advanced and Business, per the quotas article. Advanced adds the API, Make, Zapier and n8n modules, and an MCP connector that lets Claude or ChatGPT import prospects, per the MCP article.
Who it is for
Founders, sales reps and recruiters who want to start on LinkedIn without designing flows, as the homepage pitches it; a first campaign goes out the same day. It suits less well a team that wants its own branching logic, or InMail, which Waalaxy does not send.
The quotas article says each day's quota is randomised so the pattern does not alert LinkedIn to an automation tool. The contract says why that matters: section 3.4 of LinkedIn's User Agreement reserves the right to limit, restrict or suspend accounts that break its Dos and Don'ts, and section 8.2 lists bots that send messages or add contacts among them.
Prices
Checked on 26 October 2026 on the Waalaxy pricing page, per user per month, in USD as the page showed them:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Invitations a month | Email finder credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $19 | $16 | 300 | 25 |
| Advanced | $39 | $32 | 800 | 25 |
| Business | $69 | $55 | 800 | 500, plus cold email sequences |
Five seats or more get an Enterprise quote, and the page opens on yearly billing, so the first prices shown assume twelve months paid up front.
The trial deserves a careful read, because its default runs in the seller's favour: Waalaxy's subscriptions article says a trial started with a card becomes a paid plan unless you cancel, and that no reminder is sent before the first charge. It also quotes €139 a month for Business after a trial, a figure the pricing page does not show.
Next to La Growth Machine, Dripify and Expandi
- La Growth Machine bills €60 per identity a month on Basic and lets you build branching LinkedIn and email sequences, per its pricing page. Control over the flow decides it.
- Dripify costs $79 a seat on monthly Pro, with a builder and A/B tests on Advanced, per its pricing page. Choose it to test your own sequence.
- Expandi is $99 a seat a month on its pricing page, with lead lists from events, groups and post engagement. Choose it when the audience lives in LinkedIn communities.
Where to start
Count the profiles in your target search first; that number, not the feature list, picks the tier. How to use Waalaxy takes one Sales Navigator search through to replies in HubSpot.
FAQ
Does Waalaxy still need a Chrome extension?
No. It runs at app.waalaxy.com, and an optional Alien Copilot extension only speeds up imports, per the cloud article.
Is there a free version?
Freemium keeps your data visible but runs no automation and imports from CSV only, according to the subscriptions article.
How many prospects can one account hold?
50,000 on a paid plan, with no cap per list, and the limit is per team member, not shared, per the list limits article.
