What Is Warmy? Warm-Up for Mailboxes and ESP Senders
By Joris van Huët · Warmy's own site
The short answer: you are not misreading it: Warmy's pricing page shows a single figure, plans from $49 a month (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026), while its help centre still names five tiers from Starter to Platinum (plan article), so anything above the floor is priced on a call. Behind it sits a warm-up and deliverability platform that warms the ESPs marketing teams send from as well as mailboxes, with placement tests, Google Postmaster data and an AI co-pilot called Adeline.

Before the sales call:
- Treat the trial as a setup check. The 7-day trial connects one mailbox and sends 15 to 50 warm-up emails a day, with no card, per the trial guide. For example, at the top of that range the trial sends 7 x 50 = 350 warm-up emails: enough to prove the connection and the DNS, not to build a reputation.
- Bring your own sending numbers. Daily volume per sender, the provider behind it, and whether the list is businesses or consumers, since the pricing page splits its plans into B2B and B2C and the connection guide runs from Google Workspace to Mailchimp and Marketo.
- Ask how many placement tests the plan holds. The pricing page says to confirm the monthly allowance with Warmy. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and top-ups never expire, says the credits article, so the allowance decides how often you can measure.
Inside the platform
Warm-up runs inside a network the pricing page puts at more than 1 million mailboxes, at a slow, medium or fast pace, and can use your own templates, imported from HubSpot or written in Warmy, so the network engages with content that looks like your campaigns.
Placement tests send a message to providers outside the network and score the result from 0 to 10, a seed list the pricing page puts at more than 500,000 American mailboxes rotates monthly, and Google Postmaster data sits beside the warm-up results. Email verification and DMARC monitoring come with every plan, and an n8n node, Zapier, Make and an API connect it to other systems.
Who it fits
Marketing teams that send newsletters and promotions from an ESP, and consumer senders who need Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook inboxes rather than corporate ones.
It fits less well a buyer who wants a price for 20 mailboxes before speaking to anyone, or a cold email team whose sequencer already warms every connected mailbox.
The price you can see
One number is published: from $49 a month for the B2B, B2C and custom plans alike, priced by the volume of warm-up email Warmy generates, on the pricing page. The help centre's price article says prices change with the service, mentions discounts for several mailboxes and for young startups, and sends you to a call. Plans can be upgraded or cancelled from the account settings.
Next to MailReach and lemwarm
MailReach publishes a rate per mailbox, $25 a month for up to five on monthly billing, on its pricing page. Pick it when you need the bill worked out before a call; pick Warmy when the sender is an ESP or the readers are consumers.
lemwarm costs $29 per address a month on its Essential plan with monthly billing and comes free with every lemlist plan. If lemlist already sends, the warm-up is already paid for.
Getting started
How to use Warmy warms a new marketing domain with your own templates and checks placement before the first real send. Mind the calendar on the way in: the trial ends on day 7, while Warmy's results article expects noticeable improvement for a new domain in 3 to 6 weeks, so the decision to pay, and the first invoice with it, come weeks before the domain can show what they bought.
FAQ
Does Warmy warm marketing platforms, or only mailboxes?
Both. The connection guide has articles for Mailchimp, SendGrid, Brevo, Marketo and others, and the HubSpot article imports your templates into the warm-up.
How long should warm-up run?
Warmy's articles give different answers: 2 to 4 weeks for a new domain before cold sends in the campaign preparation article, at least 2 months for a brand-new mailbox in another. Both say to keep it running afterwards.
Can a team share one subscription?
Yes. Invite as many users as you need; they share the plan's mailboxes and monthly quotas, per the pricing page FAQ.
