What Is MailReach? Warm-Up and Spam Tests per Mailbox
By Joris van Huët · MailReach's own site
The short answer: if your mailboxes already live in Instantly, whose $47 Growth plan includes unlimited warm-up (Instantly pricing), then MailReach at $25 a mailbox a month for up to five mailboxes (MailReach pricing, monthly billing, checked on 26 October 2026) is a second warmer, and the case for it rests on the spam test. MailReach sells a warmer per mailbox and a placement test for one real email, for B2B cold email teams that track reputation mailbox by mailbox.

Before you connect a mailbox:
- Price the count, not the plan. The rate per mailbox falls as the count rises, on the pricing page. For example, 8 mailboxes cost 8 x $19.5 = $156 a month on monthly billing, or 8 x $15.6 = $124.8 on annual billing, which takes 20% off.
- Ask what your sequencer already warms. If Instantly or lemlist warms the same mailboxes, put one real email through MailReach's free spam test before paying for a second warmer. It needs no account.
- Watch the right number. The Reputation Score appears 72 hours after you connect, and the getting started article says it does not mean a mailbox is ready. Follow the graph of where warming emails land, and allow at least 14 days before the first campaign.
The warmer and the test
The warmer connects any mailbox whose provider supports SMTP, from Gmail and Outlook to Zoho, Mailgun and Amazon SES, and warms the address with its domain and IP, per the pricing FAQ. On Autopilot it ramps up to around 40 to 50 warming emails a day and hides almost all of them from your inbox, per the getting started article.
The spam test runs the other way: one email from your own setup goes to a seed list of Gmail and Outlook addresses, and MailReach reports placement, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, content and blacklist hits, with separate scores for professional and personal inboxes, at one credit per test, per the API guide. An MCP server lets Claude or ChatGPT read reputation and run tests.
A fit for some senders
It fits outbound teams and agencies running many mailboxes across providers, and anyone whose sending tool has no placement test.
It fits less well a newsletter or consumer sender: MailReach's troubleshooting article says its warming network leans toward professional inboxes. And it is the wrong purchase when the content is the problem, because warming leaves your links and tracking where they were.
Mailbox rates and test credits
In USD before tax, checked on 26 October 2026 on the MailReach pricing page. The All-in-One plan includes 20 spam test credits a month, and annual billing takes 20% off each rate.
| Mailboxes warmed | Per mailbox, monthly billing |
|---|---|
| 1 to 5 | $25 |
| 6 to 20 | $19.5 |
| 21 to 50 | $18 |
| 51 and up | $16, with a custom quote above 100 |
The Spam Tester also sells alone on the same pricing page: 20 tests for $19.5 pay as you go, or a monthly bundle from $15 for 20.
Against Instantly, lemwarm and Warmy
Instantly sends the campaigns and warms every connected mailbox on all its plans. If it already sends, add MailReach only for an independent test or for mailboxes outside it.
lemwarm is lemlist's warmer, $29 per address a month on its Essential plan with monthly billing, and comes with every lemlist plan. For a lemlist team it is already paid for.
Warmy publishes only a floor of $49 a month on its pricing page and also warms marketing senders such as HubSpot and Mailchimp. MailReach is the one whose bill you can work out before talking to anyone.
Getting started
How to use MailReach uses the spam test to settle whether a spam problem sits in the mailbox or in the email, starting from the free version. Read the pricing FAQ before you start the clock: it asks you to keep the warmer on as long as you send campaigns and between them, which turns a 14-day setup into a charge MailReach collects per mailbox in every month that mailbox sends.
FAQ
Does MailReach send my campaigns?
No. It warms and tests; your own tool sends, over any provider with SMTP, per the pricing page FAQ.
How long before a new mailbox can send campaigns?
At least 14 days of warming with no campaigns, and the warmer stays on afterwards, says the getting started article.
Can it repair a mailbox that already lands in spam?
If the cause is a damaged reputation, the pricing page FAQ puts restoration at 90% of cases, and a restoration guide explains the method. If the cause is content or setup, the spam test is the tool.
