What Is Attio? A CRM You Wire Up With Workflows and Agents
By Joris van Huët · Attio's own site
The short answer: past three users, Attio stops being free, and a team of up to 10 lands on Plus at $44 per seat a month ($35 billed annually), per the pricing page checked on 24 October 2026. It is a CRM for B2B teams that want to model their own sales process and automate it with workflows and AI agents, not a marketing suite.

Before you sign up:
- Do the seat sum first. For example, six people on Plus billed annually cost 6 x $35 = $210 a month, and on Pro 6 x $79 = $474, using the figures on the pricing page. The extra $264 buys sequences and call recording.
- Start from the inbox you already have. Connecting Gmail or Microsoft makes Attio create and enrich records for everyone you have emailed, per the email sync guide.
- Watch one meter. Workflows and AI features spend workspace credits; Plus includes 1,500 a month and Pro 10,000, per the credits guide.
What Attio does
Attio stores companies, people and deals as objects you extend with your own attributes, and email sync fills in fields such as last interaction. The automation layer is the draw. A workflow starts from a trigger, such as a record created or a webhook, and runs blocks: updates, tasks, Slack messages, sequence enrolments. The block library adds agent steps: a Web agent that researches a record online and a Custom agent where you pick an OpenAI, Google or Anthropic model. Outside the app, Attio MCP lets assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude search and update records, on all plans.
Where it fits, and where it does not
It fits a sales or founder-led team selling to companies, with one person willing to build workflows. It fits less well if email marketing is the main job: the plans article caps sending at 200 emails a month per user on Free and 1,000 on Plus, which is sales email, not a newsletter.
Prices, checked on 24 October 2026
| Plan | Monthly | Annual, per month | Seats | Records | Credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Up to 3 | 50,000 | 250 |
| Plus | $44 per seat | $35 per seat | Up to 10 | 250,000 | 1,500 |
| Pro | $99 per seat | $79 per seat | Unlimited | 1,000,000 | 10,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Billed annually | Unlimited | Custom | Custom |
The pricing page sells extra credits from 5,000 a month for $85 on monthly billing. A seat price is the figure a pricing page leads with; on Attio the agents you build bill in credits, so price both before you choose.
How it compares
Against HubSpot, the question is what you are buying: HubSpot's Marketing Hub pricing counts marketing contacts and sells email marketing in the same platform, where Attio sells seats and credits for a sales CRM you shape yourself.
Against Salesforce, it is the length of the ladder: the Sales Cloud pricing page runs from Starter Suite at $25 per user a month to Max at $550 billed annually, editions to grow into rather than one workspace to configure.
Getting started
How to use Attio builds one workflow end to end: new inbound people researched by an agent, tagged for fit and given an owner by round robin.
