What Is Boost.space? A Data Layer and Agents for Catalogs
By Joris van Huët · Boost.space's own site
The short answer: If you sell across several channels and your product data is split between a shop, supplier feeds and spreadsheets, Boost.space merges it into one synced record set that people and AI agents can work on, and it now sells agents on top: Bob, a product catalog agent, launches for $2,500 one-time, excluding VAT, checked on 24 October 2026 on the pricing page.

Work out the real cost first:
- Launch plus a year of Agent OS. The first month of Agent OS is included, and the entry plan is $3,600 a year after that, checked on 24 October 2026 on the pricing page. For example, Bob plus one year of Standard = $2,500 + $3,600 = $6,100, before AI provider usage and hosting, which are billed separately.
- Your catalog as it is today. The docs' own starting point is a file: CSV, XLSX or XML, imported into a space whose key field, such as an SKU, makes later imports update records instead of duplicating them (key fields).
- The baseline you will judge it on. Launch includes a baseline and acceptance criteria agreed before purchase, reviewed after the first month (pricing page). Write yours in numbers you already track.
What Boost.space does
Its docs describe a unified data foundation built for AI agents to run on: tools connect through 2,600+ native integrations, records stay in sync both ways, and agents read and write that data (What is Boost.space). Data sits in modules, spaces, records and typed fields. Automation runs as native triggers and actions, Python code automations, or Make scenarios on your own Make account (automation). AI fields generate or enrich values inside records. An MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor work on the data with exactly the connecting user's permissions (Connect via MCP).
On top sits the agent offer. Bob works on GEO optimisation, dynamic pricing, product enrichment and listings, marketplace growth and audience activation, drawing on 9B+ commerce records for research, with your team reviewing uncertain details and sensitive changes (Bob).
Who it suits
The docs name retailers and brands selling across several channels and markets, and the operations and AI teams behind them (What is Boost.space). It suits less well a B2B marketing team without a product catalog, or a buyer who wants a monthly self-serve price: the plans guide still mentions tiers from free to Enterprise, while the pricing page offers only Agent Launch and Agent OS (plans guide).
What it costs
Checked on 24 October 2026 on the pricing page, excluding VAT.
| Item | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Bob Agent Launch | $2,500 one-time | Up to 8 hours of expert work, first month of Agent OS |
| Custom Agent Launch | $5,000 one-time | Up to 16 hours of expert work, first month of Agent OS |
| Agent OS Standard | $300 a month, paid yearly ($3,600) | 100,000 managed records and AI credits a month |
| Agent OS High | $600 a month, paid yearly ($7,200) | 250,000 of each |
| Agent OS Scale | $1,200 a month, paid yearly ($14,400) | 600,000 of each |
If you stop Agent OS you keep the delivered agent, its training, memory and skills, but lose the managed records, synchronisation and maintained connections that ongoing work depends on (pricing FAQ).
A paid first month with a review at the end is designed to convert into an annual Agent OS plan. Write the acceptance criteria yourself, before purchase, so the review measures your goal rather than the vendor's.
How it compares
Make is not quite a rival: Boost.space's docs say integration platforms such as Make, n8n and Zapier sit on top of it as the automation layer, and its own scenarios run on a connected Make account (What is Boost.space). What decides it is whether you need a governed, deduplicated record store (Boost.space) or only data moved between apps (Make on its own, at Make's price).
Getting started
How to use Boost.space imports a product catalog with a key field, enriches descriptions with an AI field under review, and connects an agent over MCP.
FAQ
Do the prices include tax?
No. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes (pricing page).
Does every agent need Agent OS?
No. It is required when the assignment uses managed data, workflows, connections or access controls, and the dependency is confirmed before purchase (pricing page).
Can an AI agent delete my records over MCP?
No. Deleting records is not an MCP operation, and neither is writing in bulk; both need the REST API or an SDK, and an agent acts only with the connecting user's rights (Connect via MCP).
