What Is DashThis? Reporting Dashboards Priced by Source

By Joris van Huët · DashThis's own site

The short answer: for up to three client reports, DashThis's Individual plan costs $54 a month on monthly billing, or $44 a month paid yearly, and includes 15 connected sources, unlimited users and white-label branding (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). DashThis is automated marketing reporting software: it pulls data from 30+ platforms into branded, client-ready dashboards, for agencies and in-house marketing teams (homepage).

Two counters set the plan, and one screen reads them:

  1. Dashboards. One dashboard is one report, usually one per client (pricing page). For example, 8 clients need 8 dashboards, which rules out Individual's 3 and fits Professional's 10 at $164 a month, or $139 paid yearly.
  2. Sources. Each connected account, a GA4 property or an ad account, is one source, counted once it sits on at least one dashboard (source usage article). Those 8 clients with GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads use 8 x 3 = 24 sources, inside Professional's 40.
  3. The usage counter. Plan & Billing shows dashboards and sources in use (pricing page). Read it before you promise a new client a report.

Inside a DashThis dashboard

One dashboard can mix integrations, and widgets can be merged to total the same metric across platforms (merge article). Calculated widgets, in beta, combine metrics from different sources, such as Google Ads cost over GA4 key events (calculated widget article). Agencies can mark up cost widgets, and comment boxes carry the written recap. A report goes out as a link, a scheduled email or a PDF (sharing article).

AI Insights Free gives four preset readings on every plan. The MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT read dashboards, create one you approve and write a recap into a comment box, and it never deletes a dashboard or a data source (MCP article).

Where it fits

It fits a team that wants a finished-looking report from standard platforms without design work or seat counting. It fits less well a client with many small accounts, since each is a source, or a report needing more than 50 widgets on one dashboard, the cap DashThis sets (widget limit article).

Every plan includes unlimited users, all integrations, the MCP connector, AI Insights Free and the white-label options, while priority support starts on Business. AI Insights Pro, with a chat mode and client context, is $19 a month or $15 billed yearly, and nonprofits get 30% off (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026).

Read the toggle before the number. The pricing page opens on yearly billing, so the $44 in the first column is the rate for paying twelve months up front, presented as a saving of $120 a year; month to month, the same plan costs $54 (pricing page).

Against AgencyAnalytics and Whatagraph

AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client per month billed annually, with unlimited data sources per client (AgencyAnalytics pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). The more accounts each client brings, the more that flat price wins; at two or three sources a client, DashThis's bands are easy to predict.

Whatagraph sells through a demo from €699 a month billed annually, with blends and source groups for cross-channel data (Whatagraph pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). Pick it when the data model is the job; pick DashThis when the report is.

Where to start

The 14-day trial includes 10 dashboards and needs no card (homepage). Build one client's report end to end; How to use DashThis to report paid media across platforms follows the help centre step by step.

FAQ

What happens when the trial ends?

Your dashboards still exist, but they cannot be opened until you choose a plan and payment option (pricing page).

Does a source count twice if two dashboards use it?

No. One account is one source however many widgets or dashboards use it, and it stops counting once it is removed from every dashboard (source usage article).

Can Claude change my dashboards?

Only what you ask for and approve: new dashboards, added data sources and comments. It cannot change an existing dashboard's layout (MCP limitations).
