What Is AgencyAnalytics? Client Reporting Priced per Client
By Joris van Huët · AgencyAnalytics's own site
The short answer: at 15 clients, AgencyAnalytics costs $300 a month on annual billing, because the price is $20 per client per month and users, data sources and white-label branding all sit inside that one figure (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). It is a reporting platform for marketing agencies, which it now describes as client intelligence: dashboards, scheduled reports, a branded client portal and AI analysis across 85+ integrations (homepage).

What sets the bill:
- Clients, counted by website. A client is one website or URL you report on, so a customer with two sites or two Google Business Profiles counts twice (client article). For example, 12 customers, three of them with a second site, make 15 clients, and 15 x $20 = $300 a month on annual billing.
- The reports you already send. Users, data sources, reports and dashboards are unlimited on the one plan (pricing page), so moving costs the hours to rebuild your current report, not seats.
- The client count on the renewal. Billing follows the number of clients in your subscription, not the clients active in the app (billing article). Compare the two once a month.
What AgencyAnalytics does
Each client gets its own integrations, dashboards and reports. A report is a slide deck or a document, started blank, from a template or as a Smart Report built from the connected integrations, and it can be emailed on a schedule with an approval step (report scheduling article). Clients log in to a portal carrying your logo, colours and domain. Goals, alerts, anomaly detection, benchmarks, forecasting, Ask AI and an AI Summary widget complete the plan (AI Summary article).
The MCP server puts one client's live data into Claude or ChatGPT for questions, summaries and setup work such as adding users (MCP article). Rank Tracker and AI Tracker are paid add-ons.
Where it fits, and where it does not
It fits an agency with a client roster, and an in-house team running several brand sites that wants one portal per brand. It fits less well a team that wants its marketing data in a warehouse: database connectors such as BigQuery and MySQL come with volume pricing for 25+ clients, quoted by sales (pricing page).
Price per client
$20 USD per client per month billed annually, checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page. The page shows no monthly-billed rate; the billing article says annual subscriptions carry a 20% discount and are not refunded pro rata if you cancel mid-year (billing article). Add-ons, billed annually: AI Tracker at $20.83 a month per 250 credits and Rank Tracker at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords. Billing can run in EUR or GBP as well as USD.
One habit belongs in the billing screen. Deleting a client in the app leaves it on the invoice: renewal follows the client count in the subscription, so a client you stopped serving in March is billed again at renewal until an admin lowers the number under Add/Remove Clients (billing article).
Against the alternatives
Looker Studio, which Google's product page now calls Data Studio, costs nothing for creators and viewers, and its Pro tier is $9 per user per project per month (checked on 26 October 2026). What decides it: whether your sources are mostly Google's, and whether you need a client portal and approved, scheduled sends, which AgencyAnalytics bundles.
DashThis prices by dashboards and connected sources rather than by client, from $54 a month on monthly billing for 3 dashboards and 15 sources (DashThis pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). Two or three sources per client favour DashThis; many accounts per client favour a flat per-client price.
Whatagraph starts at €699 a month billed annually on its Max plan, sold through a demo, with blends and source groups for cross-channel data (Whatagraph pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). It is the heavier data layer at a higher entry price.
