What Is Whatagraph? Agency Reporting on One Data Layer

By Joris van Huët · Whatagraph's own site

The short answer: Whatagraph's entry plan, Max, starts at €699 a month billed annually with 50 source credits, reached through a demo and a 14-day Max trial, so it fits an agency or multi-brand team near that 50-account mark far better than a team with five (pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). It calls itself an agentic marketing intelligence platform: cross-channel data on one governed layer, reports built and watched by IQ Agents, and the same data in Claude or ChatGPT over MCP (homepage).

Price it in credits first:

  1. One credit per account. Every connected account or property is one data source and one credit, so five clients on Facebook Ads use five (source counting article). For example, 12 clients with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and a Facebook Page use 12 x 4 = 48 credits, inside Max's 50; a thirteenth client needs extra credits.
  2. The tools it would replace. Write down what you pay today for a connector, a report builder and the hours spent reconciling them. Max costs €699 x 12 = €8,388 a year before any extra credits (pricing page).
  3. The total that proves a blend. Before trusting a cross-channel widget, check it against each platform's own total; Whatagraph documents blended metrics inflating when sources are joined at different levels of detail (inflated numbers article).

The data layer, the reports and the agents

Sources land in a data hub with transformations, currency exchange, custom metrics, source groups and blends (pricing page). A source group adds up metrics across accounts without formulas; a blend joins different channels on a shared dimension such as date (blends article). White-label reports can be automated with a review stage before each send (automation article).

IQ Agents build reports, onboard clients, repair broken sources and run scheduled checks, and each asks for confirmation before changing a report, widget, source group or blend (IQ Agents article). Over MCP, Claude or ChatGPT reads the same data on every plan (MCP article).

Who it is built for

Agencies, ecommerce teams and multi-location operators that want one data model behind every report. The company is Whatagraph B.V., and both plans list an EU data centre, which counts when a client contract keeps data in the EU (pricing page). A team with a handful of sources, or one that wants to pay month to month, is a poor fit: the pricing page lists annual billing only.

Max, Prime and credits

Max starts at €699 a month billed annually, $812 in the dollar view, with IQ Agents, blends, white-label reports, KPI alerts and a dedicated success manager (checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page). Prime is priced on request and adds premium integrations, transfer to Looker Studio and priority support, with BigQuery transfer and the public API as add-ons. Users and reports are unlimited. Payments are taken in advance and are not refundable (upgrade article).

Put the renewal date in a calendar on day one. The subscription renews automatically for another term, and cancelling runs through a success manager, may need phone validation and must reach them at least 30 days before renewal (cancellation article), so the default after one annual term is a second one.

Against AgencyAnalytics and DashThis

AgencyAnalytics is self-serve at $20 per client per month billed annually, with a white-label client portal (AgencyAnalytics pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). Ten clients cost $200 a month there; Whatagraph's case for its higher entry price is the data layer under the reports.

DashThis publishes prices from $54 a month on monthly billing, set by dashboards and sources (DashThis pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). It is the lighter choice when the job is a branded report from standard platforms.

Before the demo

Every new account starts on a 14-day Max trial (upgrade article). Use it to build one blended report and check its totals; How to use Whatagraph to blend Google Ads and Meta spend shows the steps.

FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 14 days of Max. At the end you book a call to choose a plan, and everything built during the trial stays in the account (upgrade article).

Do blends use source credits?

No. Blends and data transfers appear separately in plan usage and do not add to the connected sources count (source counting article).

Do extra users cost more?

No. The pricing page lists unlimited users on both plans, and the help centre says extra seats are free, set up on request through live chat (seats article).
