What Is Demio? Webinars With Sales Signals, Priced per Host
By Joris van Huët · Demio's own site
The short answer: for a marketing team that runs webinars to create pipeline and wants to know which attendees leaned in, Demio fits, from $45 a month paid yearly on Starter for a 50-person room and one host (Demio pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). Demio calls itself "the webinar platform built for marketers", built to capture engagement signals and hand sales the data (homepage); it is part of Banzai.

What to settle first:
- How many hosts. Growth and Premium are priced per host, and a host is who can run a session; two sessions at the same time need two hosts (pricing FAQ). For example, two hosts on Growth with a 500-person room, paid yearly, cost 2 x $196 = $392 a month.
- Which CRM, and how. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot are Premium integrations, included from Premium up (pricing). On Starter or Growth, the route is Zapier, which Demio documents in its own help collection.
- What you will measure. Demio counts an attendee as Focused while the Demio tab is open (Insights overview), and records UTM source per registration from Growth up (source tracking). Decide which of those your report uses before the first session.
What Demio does
It runs standard, series and automated events in the browser, with chat, Q&A, polls, handouts and featured actions, and attendees can be brought on stage (homepage). Every attendee registers and gets a unique join link, which is what lets Demio track attendance, engagement and drop-off per person (Insights overview).
Two add-ons extend the reach. Boost hands each registrant a personal sharing link and rewards for the sign-ups they bring (Boost). Demio AI answers attendee chat in on-demand sessions, on Premium and Unlimited (Demio AI).
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits a SaaS or B2B marketing team of one to three hosts running regular sessions for up to a few thousand people, where sales wants to know who stayed and clicked. It suits less well an audience above 3,000, the largest room on the public plans, or a team that wants HubSpot without paying for Premium.
Prices per host
USD per month, checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page.
| Room size | Growth, paid monthly | Growth, paid yearly | Premium, paid yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 150 | $117 | $80 | $196 |
| 500 | $277 | $196 | $294 |
| 1,000 | $427 | $303 | $392 |
| 3,000 | $855 | $606 | $785 |
Starter is $63 paid monthly or $45 paid yearly, single host, 50-person room (pricing). Unlimited is quoted. Premium shows a yearly price only, and Premium and Unlimited need 30 days' notice for subscription changes.
The 14-day trial runs on Growth features and includes the HubSpot integration, which paid plans keep for Premium. A trial built around that sync ends by pricing you into the top published tier, so run one trial session without it and see what Growth alone gives you.
How it compares
Zoom. Zoom lists up to 100,000 attendees on all three of its webinar and event plans, with Zoom Events at $415.83 a month billed annually for 500 attendees and multi-stage sessions (Zoom pricing, same date). Choose Zoom when the audience outgrows a 3,000 room or the event has several stages.
WebinarJam. WebinarJam prices by plan rather than per host: Professional includes 4 hosts and 2,000 attendees at $229 a month billed annually (WebinarJam pricing). Choose it when several presenters share one account and the session sells.
