What Is WebinarJam? Live Webinars Built to Sell
By Joris van Huët · WebinarJam's own site
The short answer: if your webinar ends with an offer and a checkout link, WebinarJam is built around that moment, and the plan that also automates the replay through EverWebinar starts at Basic, $79 a month billed annually for 500 attendees and 2 hosts (WebinarJam pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). The vendor calls it live and automated webinar software "for selling online" (homepage); it is made by Genesis Digital in Las Vegas.

Before you buy:
- Check the session cap against your agenda. Plans cap each webinar at 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours, from Starter to Enterprise (pricing FAQ). A 75-minute demo with Q&A does not fit Starter, whatever the audience size.
- Price the year. Starter is $49 a month billed monthly or $39 billed annually; for example, ($49 - $39) x 12 = $120, the saving the page states.
- Match the integrations you already run. The FAQ lists email platforms such as AWeber, ActiveCampaign, Keap, GetResponse and Mailchimp, plus Zapier (pricing FAQ). A CRM outside that list connects through Zapier.
- Install sales tracking before the first session. Revenue per webinar needs codes on the product and confirmation pages, and nothing is tracked retroactively (track sales).
What WebinarJam does
It runs the live webinar and the selling inside it. Product offers appear as a panel in the room with a button to your sales page, and can show remaining stock or a countdown (product offers). Around that sit split-tested registration pages, email and SMS reminders, polls, video injections and a replay that can reproduce the live chat and offers exactly (replays).
Evergreen sessions run in EverWebinar, the sister product, which turns a WebinarJam recording into a scheduled session (pricing FAQ). The AI is modest: an AI Agenda Planner drafts the outline (agenda).
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits a founder, expert or B2C team selling a course, programme or product on the call. It suits less well a B2B team whose webinar feeds a CRM and a sales cycle measured in months: the integration list is built around email platforms.
What it costs
USD, checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page.
| Plan | Attendees | Hosts | Max length | Monthly | Billed annually, per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 100 | 1 | 1 hour | $49 | $39 |
| Basic | 500 | 2 | 2 hours | $99 | $79 |
| Professional | 2,000 | 4 | 3 hours | $299 | $229 |
| Enterprise | 5,000 | 6 | 4 hours | $499 | $379 |
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. The page leads with Starter, while EverWebinar, the automated half of the product, is included only from Basic: the bundle is how a buyer who came for the $49 plan leaves on the $99 one.
How it compares
WebinarGeek. WebinarGeek bills in euros from the Netherlands and puts automated and just-in-time webinars on its main Premium plan, with consent fields and data lifecycle rules in the feature list (WebinarGeek pricing). Choose it when GDPR questions come before checkout mechanics.
EverWebinar. Bought alone, EverWebinar is $199 a month billed monthly or $99 a month on an annual plan (EverWebinar pricing, same date). If you want live and automated, WebinarJam Basic includes it.
StreamYard. StreamYard is a browser studio that streams to several destinations; its On-Air webinars reach 1,000+ viewers on Business, the company plan, at $299 a month billed monthly (StreamYard pricing). Choose it when the show matters more than the sale.

How to use WebinarJam runs a live sales webinar with a timed offer, tracked through to the purchase page.
FAQ
Can I run two webinars at the same time?
The pricing page answers both ways: one FAQ calls it "not advised nor supported", another says yes (pricing FAQ). Schedule them 15 to 30 minutes apart, as the first one advises.
Is the panic button on every plan?
The pricing page lists it on every plan, but the support article says Professional and Enterprise (panic button). Ask before you rely on it.
What if a session needs more than the time limit?
Schedule a second session 30 minutes after the first, as the pricing FAQ suggests.
