What Is WebinarGeek? Dutch Webinars, Live and Automated

By Joris van Huët · WebinarGeek's own site

The short answer: for a European company that runs webinars in euros, under GDPR, with fewer than 1,000 viewers a session, WebinarGeek's Premium plan covers live, automated, on-demand and paid webinars from €59 a month billed yearly for 75 viewers (WebinarGeek pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). It is a Dutch platform, run from Zoetermeer with a sales office in New York (homepage).

What decides the plan:

  1. The billing mode, priced out. At 250 viewers, Premium is €199 a month billed monthly or €119 a month billed yearly (pricing). For example, a year of sessions costs (€199 - €119) x 12 = €960 less on yearly billing, the saving the page itself shows.
  2. The CRM you already run. On Premium, HubSpot and Salesforce are add-ons at €49 a month each, billed annually; Enterprise includes both (pricing). For example, Premium at 500 viewers with HubSpot is €179 + €49 = €228 a month billed yearly, against €349 for Enterprise at the same size.
  3. The number you will report. Decide before the first session whether success is registrations, live viewers or replay views, because WebinarGeek reports all three and they tell different stories (automated statistics).

What WebinarGeek does

It covers the whole webinar run in one place: registration pages, the live room, interactions, emails and statistics. The point of difference is automation. A recorded live session converts into an automated webinar with its registration page, interactions and video injections copied, and it can run on a schedule or just in time, starting every 5, 10 or 15 minutes after someone registers (create an automated webinar, just-in-time).

The pricing page names the privacy controls a legal review looks for: consent fields, double opt-in, anonymised registrations and data lifecycle rules, plus Mollie and Stripe for paid sessions. The AI features cover live captions, chapters, a post-session analysis and an AI Assistant that answers viewers' chat and Q&A questions (AI features).

Who it suits, and who it does not

It suits a marketing team at a Benelux or wider EU scale-up that wants one evergreen lead webinar plus a live session a month, without an engineer. It suits less well an audience above 5,000 per session, the top of Enterprise, or a team that needs Salesforce on a monthly contract.

The pricing page opens on the yearly figure under a 40% badge: the lowest number on the page, and twelve months of revenue WebinarGeek has locked in on the day you click. The 14-day trial is long enough to run one real session before you commit.

How it compares

WebinarJam. WebinarJam bills in dollars by attendee tier and is built around selling in the room, with product offers that can show scarcity and a countdown (WebinarJam offers guide). Choose it when the webinar ends in a checkout.

Zoom. Running a pre-recorded session as if live sits in Zoom Webinars Plus, $290.83 a month at 500 attendees billed annually upfront (Zoom pricing, same date), while WebinarGeek includes automated webinars on every Premium tier. Choose Zoom when the company already pays for Zoom Workplace.

Getting started

Record one strong live session first. How to use WebinarGeek turns it into a weekly automated webinar with an AI Assistant under guardrails.
