What Is ScoreApp? Scorecard Quizzes That Qualify Leads

By Joris van Huët · ScoreApp's own site

The short answer: under 100 finished scorecards a month you are testing a lead magnet, not running one, and ScoreApp's Starter plan at $39 a month, or $351 billed annually, covers that stage; the PDF report, abandon emails and UTM tracking start on Business at $99 a month (checked on 26 October 2026 on the pricing page). ScoreApp builds scorecards: a landing page, a quiz scored by category, a lead form and a results page for each score tier, for consultants, agencies and B2B services that want leads sorted by fit before the first call.

What decides the tier:

  1. Cost per finished scorecard. For example, Starter's $39 for 100 responses is $39 / 100 = $0.39 each when full, and Business's $99 for 1,000 is $99 / 1,000 = $0.099, using the pricing page.
  2. The questions you already ask. A scorecard's categories are the areas your discovery call covers. Check your CRM as well: HubSpot, Kit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM and Close have guides in the help centre, plus Zapier and an API.
  3. Where each lead came from. Storing UTM parameters is listed from Business up. On Starter, the dashboard's started, finished and conversion figures are the measures you get.

How a scorecard works

A visitor reaches a landing page built in ScoreApp, answers the questions and leaves name and email on a lead form placed before the questions or before the results. Each answer can score into one or more categories; ScoreApp turns a category's points into a percentage of the points possible and places it in a score tier, per the categories article. The results page then shows text, video and calls to action chosen for that tier. The AI Builder drafts concept, questions and scoring from a chat about your business, per the AI Builder guide.

Who it suits

Experts who sell services: a "how ready are you" score gives the visitor a reason to finish and gives sales a lead already sorted by fit. It suits less well plain data collection, payments, or any output that is a number computed from inputs, where a calculator builder fits better.

Paid plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee.

The PDF reports guide limits the dynamic PDF, which you deliver through a button in the results email, to Business and Pro, and the pricing table puts abandon emails, multiple result pages and UTM storage in the same tier. On prices checked on 26 October 2026, the $39 plan gets a scorecard live; what sends a lead away with something to read, and what tells you which campaign sent them, sits on the $99 plan. Decide which of those your landing page promises before you write it.

Against Outgrow, Typeform and Perspective

  • Outgrow builds calculators, quizzes and chat agents and prices by leads a year, with 3,000 on Freelancer at $22 a month billed monthly, per its pricing page checked on 26 October 2026. If the output is a computed figure, such as a quote or an ROI, choose Outgrow; if it is a readiness score by category, ScoreApp.
  • Typeform adds scores to answers and sends respondents to endings by score range on any plan. What it lacks is the per-category chart, the tiered results page and the PDF.
  • Perspective builds mobile-first funnels from $47 a month charged annually for 2 live funnels, checked on 26 October 2026. Pick it when the funnel is the product and the quiz is one step in it.

FAQ

Does ScoreApp have a free plan?

Yes. The pricing FAQ describes a free tier with 1 live scorecard and up to 10 responses a month, with no card needed, enough to build and try a first scorecard.

Is ScoreApp GDPR compliant?

It says it processes data under UK GDPR and stores customer data in the EU, and that whether your setup complies (opt-ins, tracking, privacy policy) is yours to settle, per its GDPR article.

Can ScoreApp send results to HubSpot?

Yes. The HubSpot guide adds leads to a static HubSpot list and maps result fields such as category score, highest score or score tier; at least one field besides email has to be mapped or the sync fails.
