What Is Fliki? Text-to-Video Built Around AI Voices
By Joris van Huët · Fliki's own site
The short answer: if your content already exists as articles, scripts or decks and you want voiced video from it without filming, Fliki is built for that: it writes or takes a script, picks visuals and narrates it from a library its homepage puts at 2,000+ voices in 80+ languages. Standard is $28 per user a month on monthly billing for 180 credits (pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026), which suits a content team publishing a few explainers or social clips a week.

Read the meter before the features:
- Credits mostly buy narration. Voices cost 0.25 to 2 credits a minute by colour band, stock and uploaded media cost nothing, and AI video clips run 0.1 to 6 credits a second (credit guide). For example, a 3-minute post video with a 0.5-credit voice and stock visuals is 0.5 to start plus 3 x 0.5 = 2 credits, while one 10-second AI clip at 2 credits a second adds 20.
- Begin with posts you have already published. Blog to video starts at 0.5 credits, and a Summarize box condenses the article into a shorter script (Fliki guide).
- Trust the plan card over the FAQ. The card gives Premium exports of up to 40 minutes, while an FAQ further down the same pricing page still says 30. Test a long video before you plan around it.
What Fliki makes
Fliki starts a video from an idea, a script, a URL, a PPT file of up to 100 MB, a recording, or a raw clip of up to 250 MB that it captions and fills with b-roll (Fliki guide). Each scene carries its own voiceover, visuals and text. A pronunciation map fixes brand names, translation re-voices the script, and brand kits hold fonts, colours, a watermark and a note on tone. Series scripts a run of videos for a posting schedule.
Who gets the most from it
A content or social team turning written work into narrated video in several languages gets the most. Translation, Series and the Make and Zapier integration start on Standard; Premium at $88 a month adds the API and all AI avatars (pricing page). A team shares one credit pool, and each added member is billed at the admin's plan price (Fliki guide).
It fits less when the source is long footage you shot yourself.

On the day, the yearly toggle showed $16.80 and $52.80 a month ($201.60 and $633.60 billed annually) beside a Halloween banner offering 40% off annual plans, so treat those as sale prices. A sale banner exists to move you to annual billing before you know your monthly credit use; a month on monthly billing tells you which plan you need.
How it compares
HeyGen. HeyGen is avatar-first, with Creator at $29 a month for 600 credits. A presenter on screen points to HeyGen, a voice over visuals to Fliki.
Pictory. Pictory also builds stock-footage video from scripts and links, with Starter at $29 a month on monthly billing for 2,000 credits (Pictory pricing), and it edits recordings through their transcripts. Webinars as the source favour Pictory.
invideo. invideo is now an agentic timeline editor for your own footage, where Fliki starts from text. Raw clips to cut point to invideo.
Getting started
How to use Fliki turns a published blog post into a narrated video, then hands the next ones to a Zapier automation with a person approving each render.
FAQ
Can I use Fliki for free?
Yes. The Free plan gives 3 credits a month, 720p export, a watermark and videos of up to 5 minutes, with no card (pricing page).
Do unused credits carry over?
No. The monthly quota resets on the billing date and cannot be carried over or accumulated, per the Fliki guide.
Does editing a video spend credits again?
Only for what changes. Replaying is free, and editing the voiceover text in one scene regenerates that scene alone (credit guide).
