What Is HeyReach? LinkedIn Outreach Priced per Sender
By Joris van Huët · HeyReach's own site
The short answer: if your outreach runs through ten or more LinkedIn profiles, HeyReach's Growth plan drops from $79 to $59 per sender a month, so ten senders cost $590 a month while nine cost $711 (monthly billing, pricing page, checked on 26 October 2026). HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach tool for agencies, sales teams and growth teams that rotates one campaign across many connected LinkedIn accounts and charges for each account, not for each person who logs in.

Size it by profiles, not people:
- Count senders against the price break. For example, at the pricing page's monthly rates, 9 x $79 = $711 and 10 x $59 = $590, so a tenth profile lowers the bill by $121. Billed yearly, ten senders come to $5,664, which is $48 a seat a month.
- Bring the stack you have. Teammates and clients join free, and leads import from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B or HubSpot, per the homepage.
- Watch the caps. Each sender is held to 200 connection requests a week, with 25 a day as the default once warmed up, and the limits article wants acceptance kept above 20%.
What HeyReach does
You select any number of connected LinkedIn accounts as senders in a campaign and HeyReach spreads the leads across them; its sender rotation article calls the idea "Smartlead for LinkedIn". Sequences branch on acceptance and add messages, voice notes, views, likes and InMails. Replies from every profile land in one Unibox, and an API, webhooks, a HubSpot sync and a free MCP server, per the MCP page, let Claude or ChatGPT segment leads and draft replies.
Who it fits
Agencies first: the Agency plans bundle 25 or 50 senders with white label, and Unlimited pools up to 300, per the plan guide. Then sales teams putting several reps' profiles behind one list. A solo founder gains little: the per-sender saving starts at ten.
The shared inbox raises a question the contract settles. Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement forbids using or trying to use another person's account, including through shared log-in details or copied cookies, and HeyReach's footer says it is not endorsed by LinkedIn. Each sender is a colleague's own profile: agree in writing who runs it, and let the owner connect it.
Prices
Checked on 26 October 2026 on the HeyReach pricing page, in USD:
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly, per month | Senders |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth, under 10 senders | $79 each | $64 each | 1 to 9 |
| Growth, 10 senders or more | $59 each | $48 each | 10 to 50 |
| Agency | $999 | $800 | 25 |
| Agency | $1,399 | $1,120 | 50 |
| Unlimited | $2,999 | $2,399 | Unlimited |
Growth includes 100 enrichment credits per sender and a dedicated residential proxy for each account; on Agency and Unlimited you bring your own proxies, per the FAQ on the pricing page. Companies under $250,000 in annual recurring revenue with fewer than five people can apply for an early-stage discount.
The plan design follows HeyReach's revenue: income rises with every LinkedIn profile connected and never with the people who log in, so the lower rate at ten senders is an invitation to connect more profiles, not a discount on the ones you already run.
Against Dripify, Expandi and lemlist
- Dripify sells a seat per LinkedIn account at $79 a month on Pro, per its pricing page, with no rotation of one campaign across profiles. A team where each rep runs their own list fits it.
- Expandi is $99 a seat a month on its pricing page and quotes white label above 10 seats. Agencies compare its quote with HeyReach's fixed $999 for 25 senders.
- lemlist puts LinkedIn and email in one tool at $109 per user a month, with five senders per user on its pricing page. If email carries most replies, lemlist covers both; if LinkedIn does, HeyReach goes deeper.
The first campaign
The trial runs 14 days with three LinkedIn accounts and no card, per the pricing page. How to use HeyReach puts three colleagues' profiles behind one campaign, from the inbox privacy choice to the Unibox.
FAQ
Do teammates and clients cost extra?
No. HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, and users, assistants and clients join free, per the pricing FAQ.
What happens to connected accounts if I cancel?
Data stays available until the period ends; then active campaigns pause and LinkedIn accounts disconnect, per the billing article.
Does HeyReach send email?
Not by itself. Email steps run through native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, and a Find Email step looks up verified addresses, per the MCP page.
