How to Use HeyReach to Run One Campaign From Three Profiles

The short answer: if a founder and two sales reps lend their LinkedIn profiles to one campaign, HeyReach's Growth plan costs 3 x $79 = $237 a month, and at the 25 connection requests a sender a day that HeyReach recommends, the three send 375 requests in a five-day week (pricing page, limits article, checked on 26 October 2026). The steps: each colleague connects their own profile and chooses its inbox privacy, you set limits per sender, import one Sales Navigator search, create the campaign with all three as senders and the right exclusions, build a sequence that waits 7 to 12 days for acceptance, schedule it, launch, and work the replies in the Unibox.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

Agree three things before anyone connects an account:

  1. The weekly reach, worked out. For example, 3 senders x 25 requests x 5 days = 375 a week, well inside HeyReach's ceiling of 3 x 200 = 600, per the limits article. A 1,500-person list takes 1,500 / 375 = 4 weeks to receive every request.
  2. What each profile already carries. Count each colleague's connections and current campaigns. A sender's daily limit is shared across every campaign it is in, and the first one launched gets served first, per the sender rotation article.
  3. The figure each profile is judged on. Acceptance per sender, kept above 20% as the limits article advises, and the share of first replies Auto-Tag marks as Interested.

Why several profiles at all: a list reaches people faster when three names share it, and some buyers accept a founder's request sooner than a rep's. Plans are in the HeyReach glossary entry.

What you need

  • A Growth plan, or the trial: 14 days, three LinkedIn accounts, no card, per the pricing page.
  • Three LinkedIn profiles that are at least lightly established. HeyReach's account preparation article wants 100 connections before any automation and a manual warm-up for new accounts.
  • A Sales Navigator licence on the profile that builds the search, and on every sender if the sequence will use InMail.

A profile belongs to the person in the photo. LinkedIn's User Agreement bars using another member's account, sharing log-in details or copying cookies included, in section 8.2, and the same section bars bots that send messages. So each colleague connects their own profile, the arrangement is written down, and each person knows the restriction risk sits with their own account.

Step 1: Each colleague connects their own profile

Under LinkedIn accounts, click Connect account. HeyReach prefers the cookie method in Chrome, where the owner exports their own session with the Cookie-Editor extension and pastes it in, or the owner can sign in with credentials, per the connection article. Pick the proxy location that matches where the owner works.

The last screen asks about inbox privacy. Keep it private tracks only conversations HeyReach campaigns start; Sync full inbox imports the past 30 days and every new conversation, per the inbox privacy article. For a colleague's personal profile, Keep it private is the respectful default, and only the person who connected the account can change it later.

Step 2: Set limits per sender

Under LinkedIn accounts, click Configure limits for each profile. Keep connection requests at 25 a day; HeyReach permits 40 but advises 30 at most, and only for accounts with over 1,000 connections and a high acceptance rate. Set other actions so the first step in the sequence has the highest limit, since steps higher up cap the ones below, per the sending limits article.

Step 3: Import one Sales Navigator search

Build the search in Sales Navigator with the Lead panel selected, copy the full URL, then in HeyReach open Leads, click + Add Leads, choose Sales Navigator (Leads) and paste it. The sender who created the search must run the import, one import holds up to 2,500 leads, and once imported the leads can be used by any sender, per the import article.

Step 4: Create the campaign and choose the senders

In Campaigns, click Start a new Campaign and select the list; it cannot be swapped after launch. Tick the exclusions that protect a shared campaign: leads contacted from other HeyReach campaigns, leads already messaged by other senders, and your blacklist, as the first campaign article lists them. Then select all three profiles as senders; HeyReach spreads the leads across them.

Step 5: Build a sequence that waits long enough

Start from a HeyReach template or from scratch. A connection request splits the flow into Accepted and Not Accepted Yet branches; set the delay before checking to 7 to 12 days, because the common mistakes article says a one-day delay drops everyone who accepts late. If the list mixes first-degree contacts with strangers, open with the If Connected check.

In the Schedule tab, set the start date, time zone, days and active hours; the hours apply to all senders, and the schedule article suggests a window of 8 to 12 hours.

Step 6: Launch, then work the Unibox with an agent's drafts

Every reply from all three profiles arrives in the Unibox, and anyone with access can answer from any sender's account. Fifteen minutes after a lead's first reply, Auto-Tag labels it Interested, Not Interested or Generic, per the Auto-Tag article.

This is where an agent helps. In HeyReach, open Integrations, choose HeyReach MCP Server, create an MCP key and copy the connection URL; in Claude, add it as a custom connector and supply the workspace API key when asked, following the Claude MCP article. Ask it to pull the conversations tagged Interested and draft a reply to each in the voice of the profile that started it. The profile's owner reads each draft, edits it and sends it from the Unibox; nothing an assistant writes goes out under a colleague's name unread.

What HeyReach's help centre warns about

  • One profile in too many campaigns. Run two at most from one account, because limits are shared and the first campaign takes priority.
  • Cooldown Mode. When LinkedIn's weekly limit is reached, HeyReach stops that sender's requests until Monday, and support cannot lift it.
  • Other tools on the same profile. HeyReach asks you not to run another LinkedIn automation tool alongside it, nor to act manually on LinkedIn while it works.

Who owns the replies

Run the free version first: for two weeks, have each colleague send ten requests a day by hand to their share of the list and log acceptance in a spreadsheet. If one profile is far ahead of the others, you have learned which name your buyers trust before paying for rotation.

Then price the paid version with care. Every colleague added as a sender is one more $79 line on HeyReach's invoice and one more personal profile under LinkedIn's terms; the company pays the first, and the person in the photo carries the second. If the harder question turns out to be who owns outbound once the replies arrive, that is a team problem rather than a tool problem, and it is the kind of gap an interim CMO closes.

FAQ

Can one person reply for all three profiles?

Yes. The Unibox lets a teammate answer from a colleague's account, per the Unibox article. Agree first who does, and for which conversations.

What happens if a sender hits LinkedIn's weekly limit?

HeyReach puts it in Cooldown Mode, shown by a snowflake, and resumes its requests the following Monday.

Can the senders work different hours?

No. Active hours and time zone are set per campaign and apply to every sender in it.
