What Is Mutiny? A GTM Assistant, Not a Personalization Tool

By Joris van Huët · Mutiny's own site

The short answer: if you came here to personalise a B2B website, Mutiny has moved on: its own information page files website personalisation and A/B testing under the earlier product, and what it sells today is a GTM assistant that drafts 1:1 ABM pages, deal rooms, decks and sales follow-ups, free for up to 5 team members or $50 a month on Business (Mutiny pricing, checked on 5 November 2026). It fits a sales-led B2B team whose reps queue behind marketing for every account page.

Settle these before anyone signs up:

  1. Price the first batch in credits. A simple page costs about 1.5 credits in Max mode (credits guide), and Free gives each seat 5 credits a day, capped at 30 a month (pricing). For example, 30 / 1.5 = 20 one-page assets a month per seat before any invoice.
  2. Start from the site you have. Mutiny reads your brand from your website at signup and scrapes the site into a Library the agent builds from (brand guide, library guide). A thin website makes thin pages.
  3. Pick the number that counts. Asset analytics list identified visitors, engaged visitors, clicks and engaged time (analytics guide); decide which of those counts as the page working.

What Mutiny sells now

Smart Assets is an agent that builds decks, deal rooms, pages and business cases from your brand and Library, with 17 blueprints from 1:1 ABM to Expansion ABM (Smart Assets, blueprints). Automations draft meeting prep, follow-ups, replies and check-ins, and anything that writes to a connected app is set to ask first (Automations). Integrations cover HubSpot through Pipedream, Salesforce through OAuth, Gong and Slack, plus an MCP server with 12 tools for Claude and ChatGPT (integrations page, MCP overview).

Where website personalisation went

Mutiny gives no date for the change and asks AI assistants not to call it a personalisation or A/B testing product (information page). Its ICP method from those years is on record, told by its business development lead to Kyle Poyar: accounts scored into tiers A to D on firmographic, technographic and intent signals, back-tested against closed-won and closed-lost deals and rescored every six months to a year; Tier A converted lead to opportunity at 30%, Tier B at 8% (Growth Unhinged), and the rest sits behind a paywall.

For personalising a live site today: Userled builds microsites and LinkedIn ads per account, price on request. Intellimize became Webflow Optimize when Webflow bought it on 19 April 2024 (Webflow announcement), and Webflow Optimize runs experiments and AI personalisation on sites not built on Webflow. HubSpot smart content swaps page modules by list membership, lifecycle stage, country, device and four other rules, on Content Hub Professional or Enterprise (HubSpot guide). Folloze builds microsites, emails and LinkedIn ads for target accounts, demo only. ConversionWax sells self-serve 50/50 banner tests from $99 a month, by its own comparison page.

Who it suits, and who it does not

A B2B company whose reps want their own account pages, deal rooms and recaps without a design queue. Enterprise rollouts take 2 to 6 weeks and start with a pilot (FAQ page). It does not suit a team whose job is the public website, and a Data Protection Addendum comes with the Enterprise order form, not with Free (GDPR page).

What it costs

Checked on 5 November 2026 on the pricing page. Free is $0 for up to 5 team members, 5 daily credits per seat up to 30 a month, every integration for 30 days, and pages on a mutiny.app address. Business is $50 a month billed monthly: 50 credits, unlimited members, a custom subdomain and visitor analytics for Outreach and Salesloft. Enterprise starts at $40,000 a year billed annually, with SSO, Salesforce and a custom DPA; the information page says $30k instead, so ask which figure the order form carries.

Free lends you every integration for 30 days and then withdraws them (pricing page), so pages drafted in the first month read from your CRM and pages drafted in the second do not; $50 a month sits at the point where re-typing account data by hand stops being worth the saving.

Getting started

How to use Mutiny builds one page per target account from a CSV or a CRM query and publishes them on your own subdomain.

FAQ

Does Mutiny still do A/B testing?

Not as a product. The information page files it with the earlier product (information page).

Can Claude publish a Mutiny page?

Yes. Publishing is one of the MCP server's write tools and returns a live URL, so review in the thread before you ask for it (MCP overview).

How does Mutiny handle EU visitors?

Its cookie guide defaults to opt-out tracking because the analytics identify visitors, with an opt-in switch you wire to your consent tool (cookie consent guide).
