What Is Mangools? Keyword Research and Rank Tracking Suite

By Joris van Huët · Mangools's own site

The short answer: if you run search for one or two sites and the job is finding keywords you can realistically win, then watching a few hundred of them, Mangools fits. Basic allows 100 keyword lookups a day and tracks 200 keywords for $61 a month on monthly billing, per the Mangools pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026. It is a research suite, not a site auditor.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

Three numbers to check before you pay:

  1. The annual discount. On the pricing page Basic is $452.40 a year billed annually, against 12 x $61 = $732 billed monthly. That saves $279.60 if you stay the year.
  2. The keyword list you already report on. Count it against the cap: 200 on Basic, 700 on Premium, 1,500 on Agency. One keyword tracked on desktop and mobile counts as two, per the FAQ.
  3. Daily lookups, the real meter. Each KWFinder search is one keyword lookup and each SERP panel that loads is one SERP lookup, the FAQ says, and the counter resets 24 hours after your first request.

Six tools behind one login

The homepage lists KWFinder for keyword research, SERPChecker for search results, SERPWatcher for rank tracking, LinkMiner for backlinks, SiteProfiler for domain metrics and AI Search Watcher for brand mentions in AI answers. They are not sold separately, because KWFinder's difficulty score is built from SERPChecker data, per the FAQ.

The KWFinder guide describes a 0 to 100 rating built from the Moz and Majestic link metrics of the first-page results, and a relative version that rescores each keyword against your own URL. Every plan includes the API and an MCP server, so an AI assistant can query the same data.

Where it fits, and where it stops

It suits a founder, a freelance marketer or a small content team that wants a short list of winnable terms. Premium adds 3 extra seats and Agency 5, while Basic has none, on the pricing page.

It fits less well when the problem is technical: none of the six tools crawls your own site for errors. Rankings refresh weekly on Basic and Premium and daily only on Agency, according to the SERPWatcher guide.

Plans and prices

From the Mangools pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026, in USD:

PlanBilled monthlyBilled annuallyKeyword lookups a dayTracked keywords
Basic$61 a month$452.40 a year100200
Premium$81 a month$632.40 a year500700
Agency$141 a month$1,172.40 a year1,2001,500

A free plan needs no card and paid plans carry a 48-hour refund. The pricing page opens on annual billing, which suits the vendor's cash flow more than your trial, so start free and pay monthly until you know which limit you hit.

How it compares

  • Ahrefs is the heavier tool: Lite costs $129 a month with a site audit and 750 tracked keywords, on the Ahrefs pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026. Choose it if you need a crawler as well.
  • Semrush starts at $139 a month billed monthly for 5 websites and 500 keywords tracked daily, per its pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026. The gap buys daily tracking and an audit.
  • Ubersuggest leads its pricing page with lifetime access, $290 for the Individual plan, behind a countdown (checked on 24 October 2026). A one-off price suits a budget that cannot carry a subscription.

Where to begin

Start free and set your own URL for relative difficulty. How to use Mangools follows the vendor's guides from first search to tracked shortlist.

FAQ

Can I buy KWFinder without the other tools?

No. Every plan includes all the tools, the FAQ says.

How often does SERPWatcher check rankings?

Weekly on Basic and Premium, daily on Agency, per the SERPWatcher guide. A featured snippet counts as position one.

Why are the latest search volumes a month old?

The data providers release volumes about a month late, so March figures appearing in July is normal, according to the FAQ.
