What Is Runable? One AI Agent for Business Tasks
By Joris van Huët · Runable's own site
The short answer: If you want one agent that turns a sentence into a landing page, a slide deck, a research brief or a weekly report, Runable does that, and its free tier grants 1,500 credits a day, up to 15,000 a month, according to its FAQ. It is not a workflow builder: you describe the outcome and the agent plans the steps, which suits drafts and research better than processes that must run identically every time.
Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.
Before you hand it real work:
- Add up the credits you would get. Pro gives 25,000 credits a month on top of a daily grant capped at 15,000 a month (pricing, FAQ), so the ceiling is 25,000 + 15,000 = 40,000. Neither page says what a task costs in credits, so the only way to know is to run one.
- Start from a job you already repeat. A weekly competitor check, a monthly sales summary or a newsletter draft: something with a known shape, so you can judge the output against what a person produces today.
- Measure on the usage tab. The credit balance shows in the app header and per-task usage under Settings, Token Usage (FAQ). Note the credits each run of your job takes.
What Runable does
The homepage pitches "one AI agent to turn an idea into a business, run the work, and keep it growing" (Runable). Its outputs include websites and apps, slides and carousels, images and video, documents and research, and multi-modal chat. Plugins connect it to 3,000+ apps such as Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion and Shopify (plugins). Scheduled tasks run a request once, daily, on weekdays, weekly or monthly and send the result by email, the mobile app, Slack, Microsoft Teams or other chat apps (scheduled tasks). A library of curated workflows covers marketing jobs such as post writing, newsletters, brand reputation and website audits (workflows). An MCP server lets Claude or another assistant start Runable tasks and fetch the files they produce (MCP setup).
Who it suits
It suits a founder or a small marketing team that needs first drafts across formats quickly and has someone to review them. It suits less well work that needs the same steps and an audit trail every run, such as syncing CRM records; a workflow builder like n8n is built for that.
What it costs
In USD, checked on 24 October 2026 on the pricing page.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 1,500 a day |
| Pro | $20 a month | $240 a year | 25,000 a month plus the daily 1,500 |
| Max | $100 a month | $1,200 a year | 150,000 a month plus the daily 1,500 |
Yearly billing shows no discount: $20 x 12 = $240. Top-up credits can be bought on paid plans and never expire, and auto-refill buys them when the balance runs low, up to a monthly limit you set (FAQ).
Daily credits that reset every day and do not carry over are designed to bring you back daily. Judge the plan on the monthly allowance and on the credits your real job uses, not on the daily grant.
How it compares
Genspark calls itself an all-in-one AI workspace: AI Slides, Sheets and Docs, an email client and plugins for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Its prices sit behind a sign-in, so they are left out here. What decides it is where the work lives. If your team works in office documents, Genspark's plugins meet them there; if you want finished outputs and routines that run on a schedule, Runable is built around that.
Getting started
Use the free daily credits on one repeatable job before paying. How to use Runable sets up a weekly competitor watch as a scheduled task.
FAQ
In what order are credits spent?
Monthly plan credits first, then top-up credits, then the free daily credits (FAQ).
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades apply at once and downgrades at the start of the next billing cycle, and remaining credits stay in the account (FAQ).
Can I use Runable from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, through its remote MCP server: add the server URL in the assistant's connector settings, sign in, and approve access. The connection can be removed under Settings, Connected Apps (MCP setup).
