What Is SEO PowerSuite? Four Desktop SEO Tools in One
By Joris van Huët · SEO PowerSuite's own site
The short answer: for a team that would rather pay a yearly licence than a monthly fee per tracked keyword, SEO PowerSuite is a low-cost route to unlimited rank tracking, crawling and backlink research: Professional is $349 a year on the pricing page, checked on 24 October 2026. The trade is desktop software, and reports that clients or a board would receive, saved, emailed or white-labelled, start on the $599 Enterprise licence.
Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.
Rule of thumb before you install:
- Do the yearly sum. The page shows Professional as $29.10 a month, but the invoice is $349 once a year. Three years up front cost $717, so 717 / 3 = $239 a year, per the pricing page.
- Run your own site through the free version. It has no time limit and allows one unsaved project, 500 crawled URLs and 1,100 backlinks, per the pricing page and the homepage FAQ.
- Connect the data you own. Search Console, Analytics and Keyword Planner can feed the tools, per the homepage.
- Name the reader of the output. For yourself, Professional covers it. For clients, white-label reports and scheduled delivery are Enterprise features.
The four tools
SEO PowerSuite is four applications under one licence, per the homepage FAQ: Rank Tracker for keyword research and positions, WebSite Auditor for crawling and on-page work, SEO SpyGlass for backlinks, and LinkAssistant for link prospecting and outreach. The pricing page claims 6.5 trillion links and 216 million keywords in its databases, and lists 550+ search engines on one card and 400+ in its feature table, so ask which is current if an engine beyond Google matters.
From Professional up, projects, tracked keywords, crawled pages and backlinks have no cap. The tiers differ in competitors per project and in reporting.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits a marketer or small agency at ease with desktop software who wants depth without a keyword meter. It suits less well a team that works together in the browser: projects are files, on your drive or in SEO PowerSuite Cloud, and scheduled tasks need saved projects, which the free version cannot make, per the scheduling manual.
What it costs
Checked on 24 October 2026 on the SEO PowerSuite pricing page, in USD, paid in advance for the term:
| Licence | 1 year | 2 years | 3 years | Competitors per project |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | $0 | 1 |
| Professional | $349 | $558 | $717 | 5 |
| Enterprise | $599 | $1,118 | $1,377 | 40 |
| MAX | $899 | $1,498 | $1,947 | 40 |
Single tools are sold too, such as WebSite Auditor Professional at $149 a year, on the same pricing page, and refunds are not given for partial use.
The page leads with a struck-through $60 a month beside the monthly figure, which sells the longer term. With no refunds for unused months, the free version is the place to decide.
How it compares
Prices here were checked on 24 October 2026. Against Screaming Frog, the question is crawler or suite: its SEO Spider has the same free 500-URL cap and costs £199 a year to crawl without one, but it only crawls. Against Ahrefs and Semrush, it is a desktop licence against metered browser plans: Ahrefs Lite is $129 a month on monthly billing for 750 tracked keywords and one user, and the Semrush SEO plan $139 for 500.
Getting started
Audit your own site on the free version first. How to use SEO PowerSuite follows that job in WebSite Auditor, from first crawl to a scheduled re-check. If the real question is whether the stack needs another SEO tool at all, a one-week review like the Startup Fixer answers it before any licence does.
