What Is Saleshandy? Cold Email With Lead Data Built In
By Joris van Huët · Saleshandy's own site
The short answer: Saleshandy is a cold outreach platform that puts email sequences and a B2B contact database in one account, so finding a prospect and writing to them happen in the same place. It suits founders, small sales teams and agencies that want unlimited sending mailboxes and a monthly allowance of verified contact data without a separate data contract.

What Saleshandy does
It sends automated, multi-step sequences from mailboxes you connect, and the Saleshandy pricing page lists unlimited email accounts and warm-up on every plan, with no per-inbox fee. Sequences can mix email with calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and manual tasks, and a subsequence can pull in prospects automatically when they reply, open or click.
The other half is the Lead Finder: a database the same page puts at 852M+ contacts and 42M+ companies, searchable by title, company size, tech stack and hiring signals. A waterfall asks several data providers in turn until one returns a verified address, and an unverified result costs nothing.
Around those sit a unified inbox, A/Z testing, an API, an MCP connection for AI assistants, and integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It fits a team that wants data and sending on one bill. Seats come with the plan rather than per user: one on Starter, ten on Pro, no limit on Scale.
It fits less well if you already pay for a data provider and only want a sender, because every plan bundles Lead Finder credits that the machine-readable pricing file says are not sold separately. Single sign-on sits in the custom Enterprise tier.
A database also raises a question no tool answers for you: may you email the people in it? The European Commission's note on contact data obtained from another organisation says the source must be able to show the data was collected lawfully and may be used for advertising, and that anyone who objected must be left out. Cold email rules differ by country, so check each market.
What it costs
Checked on 23 October 2026 on the Saleshandy pricing page, in USD, exclusive of tax. Annual plans are paid upfront.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually, per month | Active prospects | Emails a month | Credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $41 | $34 ($408 a year) | 2,000 | 6,000 | 1,500 |
| Pro | $99 | $76 ($912 a year) | 30,000 | 100,000 | 4,000 |
| Scale | $189 | $149 ($1,788 a year) | Unlimited, fair use | 200,000 | 8,000 |
Enterprise is priced on request and adds single sign-on, whitelabel for agencies and volume terms. Pre-configured sending mailboxes are an add-on from $2.99 a mailbox a month, per the same pricing page.
How it compares
Its closest match is Smartlead, which also prices by sends and contacts. Saleshandy vs Smartlead sets the two side by side: Saleshandy bundles data credits and seats into each plan, while Smartlead leans towards agency workspaces and dedicated sending servers.
Getting started
The order is mailbox, DNS records, warm-up, then the sequence. How to use Saleshandy follows it step by step against Saleshandy's own help articles.
FAQ
Does Saleshandy charge per email account?
No. The pricing page says there are no per-inbox fees. Plans differ on active prospects, monthly emails, credits and seats.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days with no credit card. The pricing file adds that trial sending is capped at 100 emails: enough to test the setup, not a campaign.
What does a Lead Finder credit buy?
One verified work email. A phone number costs six credits and returns the email too, so the pair costs seven. On annual billing the year's credits arrive upfront, according to the pricing page.
