The short answer: if you suspect you would be paying twice for contacts, the sums agree: at about 100,000 emails a month, Saleshandy's $99 Pro plan includes 4,000 verified-email credits and ten seats, while Instantly's $97 Hypergrowth plan leaves data to a second subscription, $47 a month for 1,500 credits, per the Saleshandy and Instantly pricing pages. If you already buy contact data elsewhere, or you send half a million emails a month, Instantly is the leaner fit.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

What Saleshandy changes, next to Instantly, is where the data lives. Every Saleshandy plan carries a monthly Lead Finder allowance that its pricing file says is not sold on its own. Instantly keeps its Outreach plans for sending and bills SuperSearch, enrichment and its AI agents through Instantly Credits, a subscription you can skip.

Do the sums first:

  1. Price a verified email on each side. Saleshandy spends one credit per verified email, six per phone number, and nothing on a miss, per its pricing page. Instantly's pricing file puts work-email enrichment at about 1.5 credits a row. For example, 1,000 verified emails a month fits inside Saleshandy Starter's 1,500 credits, and on Instantly comes to about 1,000 x 1.5 = 1,500 credits, the whole of the $47 Growth Credits plan.
  2. Check what you already pay for. If a data provider is already on contract, Saleshandy's credits arrive anyway and you pay for them inside the plan. Instantly lets you leave Credits out and send to the list you have.
  3. Count the people who need a login. Saleshandy includes 1, 10 or unlimited users by plan and never bills per seat, per its pricing file. Instantly's workspace article offers team invites from Hypergrowth, so two people on Growth share one login or upgrade.
  4. Measure bounces by source. Tag each contact with where it came from and compare bounce rates after the first 500 sends. Saleshandy's MCP article uses a 5% bounce threshold in its worked example; whatever line you pick, hold both sources to it.

Rows come from the Saleshandy pricing page and pricing file, the Instantly pricing page and pricing file, and the Instantly trial article, unless a cell links its own source.

One bill, built both ways

Take a team of three that sends about 100,000 emails a month and needs 1,000 new verified emails in that time. On Saleshandy, Pro covers all of it for $99: the sends, 30,000 active prospects, 4,000 credits and up to ten users. On Instantly, Hypergrowth covers the sends and the logins, and the data comes from Growth Credits: $97 + $47 = $144 a month, on the Instantly pricing page and pricing file. Drop the data need and the order reverses, $97 against $99, with Instantly sending 25,000 more emails.

Where each one pulls ahead

Above 200,000 emails a month

Saleshandy's Scale plan has a volume selector: $189 a month for 200,000 emails, $299 for 300,000 and $599 for 600,000, on monthly billing, per its pricing page. Instantly's Light Speed sends 500,000 for $358 and adds dedicated servers with IP rotation, and its $87 add-on stacks another 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts. At that scale Instantly is the cheaper engine, by a wide margin.

More than one channel

Saleshandy's sequences mix email with calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and custom tasks, and can switch channel when a prospect does not reply, per its homepage. Instantly's campaigns are email, with subsequences and AI agents around them. If a sequence needs a LinkedIn step, that settles it.

What the entry plan leaves out

Saleshandy's Starter includes the API and MCP access but not CRM integrations or webhooks, which begin on Pro, per its pricing file. Instantly's Growth includes the API, previews replies in the Unibox without answering them there, and keeps webhooks for Hypergrowth.

Prices, checked on 24 October 2026

In USD, from the Saleshandy pricing page and the Instantly pricing page. Saleshandy bills yearly upfront at $34, $76 and $149 a month for Starter, Pro and Scale, which is $408, $912 and $1,788 a year. Instantly's yearly toggle shows $37.6, $77.6 and $286.3 a month for Growth, Hypergrowth and Light Speed. Instantly's Credits plans start at $9 for 150 credits, and its Growth Credits tier runs $47 to $77 for 1,500 to 2,000 credits.

Two free trials, one data test

Run the data question before you pay for either. Saleshandy's 7-day trial needs no card and caps sending at 100 emails, per its pricing file: too little for a campaign, plenty for a data check, and its homepage offers up to 50 free credits. Instantly's 14-day trial includes 100 credits with limited Lead Finder results and 1,000 campaign emails. Spend both allowances on the same 50 accounts, count the verified work emails each returns for your buyer's job title, and only then decide whether a bundle is worth having.

An agent step through n8n

Saleshandy documents its MCP server for n8n: add an MCP Client node, set the transport to Streamable HTTP, enter the server address with your API key, and connect it to an AI agent node, per its MCP article. The article's own workflow idea is pausing sequences when bounce rates spike. Keep a person on it: let the agent list the sequences over your threshold and post them to a channel, and have someone approve each pause. The key sits in the URL and is shown only once, so treat that URL like a password.

What a bundle is for

A bundle is priced so that the data feels free. It saves money only if you would have bought that many contacts anyway. Saleshandy's allowance refreshes each month, and its pricing file does not say unused credits carry over; Instantly's unused credits expire two months after purchase on monthly plans, per its pricing file. Buy the allowance you used last quarter, not the one on the plan card.

Choose Saleshandy if your job is

  • Finding new contacts every month and writing to them from the same account.
  • Running sequences that add calls, LinkedIn or WhatsApp steps to email.
  • Giving a team of up to ten its own logins without a per-seat bill.

Choose Instantly if your job is

  • Sending to lists you already own, at volume, without paying for data you will not use.
  • Pushing past 300,000 emails a month on the cheaper of the two engines, per the Light Speed tier.
  • Buying lead data only in the months you need it, as a credits subscription.

FAQ

Does Saleshandy charge for an email it cannot verify?

No. The pricing page says unverified emails cost nothing, and a phone number spends its six credits only when one is found. On annual billing the year's credits are deposited upfront.

Is any lead data included in Instantly's Outreach plans?

Not in the paid tiers. The trial includes 100 credits; after that, data runs on a separate Instantly Credits plan, which the pricing file says is limited by credits consumed, not by emails sent.

Is whitelabel on Saleshandy's Scale plan or only on Enterprise?

Saleshandy's two pages disagree. The pricing file says Scale adds whitelabel for agencies and single sign-on, while the pricing page lists both under the custom Enterprise tier. Ask Saleshandy to confirm in writing before you buy Scale for either.
