The short answer: choose Saleshandy if a team of up to ten wants flat pricing with seats, verified-contact credits and unlimited mailboxes included, and mostly sends email. Choose Reply.io if automated LinkedIn actions and SMS belong in one conditional sequence with email, if you want a 14-day trial or an AI SDR, or if a large team will reach enough new contacts each month to use Reply's tiers without a per-user charge.

Both tools let you connect as many mailboxes as you like. Both cap something called "active", and the word means different things in each. Reply.io counts the new people who receive a first email in a month. Saleshandy counts the prospects sitting in live sequences at the same time, and separately caps emails sent per month. Read the meters before you read the prices.

Three questions that settle it
Who pays for the second, third and tenth seat
Saleshandy's Pro plan costs $99 a month on monthly billing and covers ten users, and Scale at $189 has no seat limit, per its pricing page. Reply.io charges per user on its lower Email Volume tiers, from $59, until the 10,000-contact tier at $179 a month, which drops the seat count altogether, per its pricing page. For example, five users on Reply's 1,000-contact tier cost 5 x $59 = $295 a month; the same five on Saleshandy Pro cost $99; and Reply's 10,000-contact tier costs $179 for any number of users. Reply's page does not say whether the contact allowance on per-user tiers is per user or shared across the account, so ask before you size the plan.
How much each plan lets you send
Reply.io sets no monthly email cap: once a person is an active contact, follow-ups to them are unlimited. Saleshandy caps the total, at 6,000 emails a month on Starter and 100,000 on Pro, while letting 2,000 or 30,000 prospects be active at once, per its pricing page. A sequence with many follow-ups to few people suits Reply's meter. Wide sequences with few steps suit Saleshandy's, as long as the monthly email total fits.
Data, channels and AI
Saleshandy bundles far more contact data: its Starter plan alone carries 1,500 Lead Finder credits a month against Reply's 50 live data credits, and a Saleshandy credit is spent only on a verified result, according to the Saleshandy and Reply.io pricing pages. Reply.io's case is breadth: its Multichannel plan, from $99 per user, runs LinkedIn automation (connection requests, messages, InMails and voice messages), calls, SMS and semi-automated WhatsApp in conditional sequences, and Jason, its AI SDR, prospects and answers replies on a separate plan. Saleshandy's sequences also take call, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps, but its pricing page does not detail the LinkedIn actions and lists no SMS. If your outbound is mostly email, Saleshandy's bundle goes further for the money. If LinkedIn automation and SMS carry the weight, Reply documents more of it.
The two price lists
Checked on 23 October 2026 on the Reply.io pricing page and the Saleshandy pricing page, in USD. Saleshandy's figures exclude tax; Reply's annual billing saves up to 17%.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Reply.io Email Volume, 1,000 active contacts | $59 per user | $49 per user |
| Reply.io Email Volume, 5,000 active contacts | $99 per user | $89 per user |
| Reply.io Email Volume, 10,000 active contacts | $179, unlimited users | $159, unlimited users |
| Reply.io Multichannel | From $99 per user | From $89 per user |
| Saleshandy Starter, 1 user | $41 | $34 |
| Saleshandy Pro, 10 users | $99 | $76 |
| Saleshandy Scale, unlimited users | $189 | $149 |
On Reply's Email Volume plan, LinkedIn adds $69 a month per account and calls with SMS $29 a month per account.
Before the first send
Every cold email carries obligations that neither tool takes over. Article 13 of the ePrivacy Directive (EUR-Lex) bans direct marketing email that hides the sender's identity or gives no valid address for opting out, on top of the consent rule for individuals, and leaves member states to decide how far to protect company recipients. Reply.io adds opt-out text or a link to each mailbox's emails and a List-Unsubscribe header per sequence, and Saleshandy has an unsubscribe button in sequence settings. Whether a given recipient may be emailed is a question for the law of their country.
Choose Reply.io if
- Automated LinkedIn actions or SMS need to run in one sequence with email.
- You want a two-week trial with real sending, or an AI SDR.
- Your team is large enough to use the Email Volume tiers with unlimited users.
Choose Saleshandy if
- You want seats for up to ten people in a flat price.
- You need a steady supply of verified contacts inside the plan.
- Your outreach is mainly email, sent wide rather than deep.

FAQ
Which is cheaper for a team of five?
On monthly billing, Saleshandy Pro at $99 covers up to ten users, against $295 for five users on Reply's 1,000-contact Email Volume tier or $179 on its 10,000-contact tier with unlimited users, using the Saleshandy and Reply.io pricing pages checked on 23 October 2026. The answer can change if the team needs Reply's LinkedIn automation or SMS steps, which are add-ons on Email Volume.
Do both include warm-up?
Yes. Saleshandy lists unlimited warm-up on every plan, run through its TrulyInbox partnership according to its technical setup guide, and Reply.io includes warm-up with every mailbox through MailToaster, plus a ramp-up mode that starts new mailboxes at 10 emails a day, per its ramp-up article.
Which trial is more useful?
Reply.io's 14 days with 300 active contacts let you run a small real campaign. Saleshandy's 7-day trial caps sending at 100 emails, per its pricing file, which is enough to test the setup and the Lead Finder, not results.
