The short answer: if your brand posts five times a week on one or two networks, a month of Marblism's social posts fits inside its base plan: each post Sonny creates costs 30 minutes of the plan's 50 monthly hours, so 20 posts use 10 hours (pricing article, checked on 24 October 2026). Give the brand its own workspace, onboard Sonny with a link to the account where you post most, load the Brain with your site and brand files, write guidelines, connect the accounts, ask for five posts a week, and review every scheduled post before it goes live.

Sonny is the social media manager among Marblism's seven AI employees. It writes, designs and schedules posts, and sends daily ideas. What it cannot do on its own is know your brand, so most of this guide is about the inputs. For what Marblism is and how its hours work, see the Marblism glossary entry.
Do the sums first:
- Hours. The base plan is $44 a month billed monthly, or $24 a month billed yearly, for 50 hours (pricing article, checked on 24 October 2026). For example, five posts a week is 20 posts in a four-week month: 20 x 30 minutes = 10 hours, or 12.5 hours in a month with five posting weeks. Video is priced by length: a 10-second standard-definition clip uses about 2.7 hours, and video can take at most 20 of the 50.
- Inputs you already own. Your most active social account, your website's About, services and FAQ pages, a brand guideline document, your logo and a folder of your own photos. Sonny learns from all of them.
- The measure. Pick one number in each network's own analytics, such as saves, comments or link clicks, and note last month's figure. After four weeks, compare like for like.
What you need first
- A Marblism plan. The refund article explains that the trial is a 7-day money-back guarantee: you pay the full price of the plan you choose up front.
- Admin access to each social account. Facebook may ask you to confirm your identity before Sonny can post.
- The files from the list above.
Step 1: Give the brand its own workspace
Each workspace connects one account per network, so a second brand needs a second workspace, per Marblism's guide to connecting X, LinkedIn and the other networks. All workspaces you own draw on the same pool of hours.
Step 2: Onboard Sonny with a tone link
Open Sonny's chat and click Onboard Sonny, then answer the questions about style and topics, as the getting started guide describes. Sonny asks for a tone link: a URL it reads to learn your voice, vocabulary and image style. Marblism's tone link article says to use the platform where you post most often and most consistently, because that is where your clearest voice lives.
Step 3: Load the Brain
The Brain is the knowledge your AI employees share. In it, per the Brain guide, add your key web pages (tick Import all pages to take up to 200 pages of a site, and Keep it synced to refresh weekly), your guideline document, and images: logo, brand assets and posts you like. For each entry, choose which AI employees can see it, so a social style guide reaches Sonny and nobody else.
Step 4: Write the guidelines
Sonny's Guidelines tab holds your standing rules: words you never use, claims you never make, how you write prices, how many hashtags. Marblism publishes example guidelines by industry to adapt. You can also teach in chat: the getting started guide says Sonny turns "always" and "never" instructions into guidelines.
Step 5: Connect the accounts
Open Sonny, click the gear icon, then Social Accounts, and pick each network. The integrations article lists Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube, the last two for video only.
Step 6: Ask for the month
Send one message: "Create and schedule five Instagram posts each week." Marblism's guide to planning a month of content says Sonny then generates five new posts each week, spreads them evenly across it, and continues every week until you say stop. Attach your own photos to the message if you want them used. For a launch, ask for a one-off burst instead, such as five posts about a sale over the next few days.
Step 7: Review before anything goes live
This is the human step, and it is free: reviewing, approving and editing posts use no hours, per the usage article. Scheduled posts sit in the Posts tab. To change one, open it, choose Cancel schedule in its menu so it returns to drafts, edit it, and schedule it again. Set a fixed slot, Friday afternoon for example, when one person reads the coming week's posts. If you would rather approve every post yourself, ask for drafts instead of scheduled posts: the getting started guide says posts start as drafts and nothing goes live until you publish, schedule or ask.
Step 8: Keep the accounts in good standing
When a network restricts an account, Sonny's settings say why. Marblism's suspension article explains that a suspended connection stops posting on every platform until the network's issue is resolved and Marblism restores it, and gives the prevention: follow each network's rules, and avoid repetitive posts, posting too often and link shorteners.
Step 9: Check hours and results
Under My Account, Usage and billing shows hours used and remaining, and Show breakdown splits them by workspace, member and AI employee, per the pricing article. Compare that with the figure you wrote down from the network's analytics.
The routine is the product
Sonny checks in every day with ideas or a new draft, and a recurring request runs every week until you stop it. Both keep you posting, and posting is what the hours meter counts. Decide the cadence once, in writing, and let the ideas compete for those slots rather than adding to them.
What Marblism's help centre warns about
- Hours that run out mid-month. Scheduled tasks that come due are cancelled, and cancelled work is not replayed after an upgrade or reset, per the capacity article.
- An agent that promises more than it can do. The hallucinations article says it happens, and that tight guidelines and explicit instructions reduce it.
- Two brands in one workspace. Each workspace takes one account per network, and Marblism's advice is a separate workspace for each brand.
FAQ
Will Sonny publish without asking me?
Only what you ask it to schedule. Posts start as drafts, and asking Sonny to create and schedule posts is the instruction that lets them go out, per the getting started guide.
Can Sonny make videos as well?
Yes, short videos with subtitles, your voice and, if you want, your face, per Marblism's Sonny guide. The first two videos are free; after that they use hours by the second of footage.
What happens to unused hours?
They do not roll over. Hours refresh monthly on the day your plan started, even on yearly plans, per the hours article.
