Seamless.AI vs ZoomInfo: Two Quotes and Two Data Models

The short answer: both put a form where the price would be: Seamless.AI's pricing link opens an inquiry for "special pricing", and ZoomInfo's pricing page lists packages with no figures, per the Seamless.AI and ZoomInfo pricing pages checked on 26 October 2026. Only ZoomInfo also sells a self-serve route, GTM AI, at $410 for 1,000 enriched records on its pricing page. For a calling desk that researches contacts all day, Seamless.AI's model fits: one credit returns a contact's titles, emails and phone numbers, and a Pro license carries 10,000 credits a month, per its credit article. For a company buying one data layer for several teams, with intent, org charts and CRM context, ZoomInfo is built for that.

Before either demo:
- Put a known number on the table. For example, a desk that researches 2,000 contacts a month uses 2,000 Seamless.AI credits, a fifth of one Pro license's 10,000, per its credit article. On ZoomInfo's GTM AI, 2,000 records fit the 2,500-credit purchase at $950, per the GTM AI pricing page. That $950 is the only published figure in this pair; take it to both sales calls.
- Start from the list you already watch. If past champions moving to new companies are your most reliable source of meetings, both sell that signal: Seamless.AI as Job Changes, listed on its pricing inquiry page, ZoomInfo as Champion Tracking in its Copilot Advanced package, per the ZoomInfo pricing page. Ask each rep which package includes it, in writing.
- Test on people you can check. Take 25 contacts from your CRM whose email and direct dial you know to be right, and count exact matches per tool before anyone signs.
Seamless.AI sells contact research under a contract: search, spend a credit, get the person's details, with a license setting the monthly allowance. ZoomInfo sells a go-to-market platform whose data, 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies on its homepage, feeds intent signals, a context graph and AI agents, in packages or by the credit.

| Allowance | Basic 250 a month, Pro 10,000 a month, or a bulk pool (credit article) | A predetermined monthly number in each package (pricing FAQ); GTM AI credits last 12 months |
| How the data is gathered | Searched in real time when you ask (homepage FAQ) | Public web, filings, job postings, a contributory network and 300+ researchers (homepage FAQ) |
| Bad data | Credits back automatically for invalid emails, not phones (Credit Back) | No refund terms on the pages read |
| Ending the contract | Form and meeting at least 60 days before renewal (account article) | Payment terms set with sales; GTM AI has no contract |

Three differences
Each describes the other
Seamless.AI's homepage FAQ answers the comparison directly: it calls itself a real-time search engine rather than a database, and says databases like ZoomInfo's can quickly go stale, per its homepage. ZoomInfo's FAQ describes a database refreshed by AI deduplication and 300+ human researchers, processing 1.5B+ data points a day, per its homepage. Both are descriptions written by the company that benefits from them. The 25-contact test above is the only one of the three that is about your market.
What a credit buys
A Seamless.AI credit researches one person and fills in every title, email and phone it finds, and an AI Assistant interaction costs 0.2 of one, per the credit article. A ZoomInfo data credit enriches one new record, and a separate AI credit pays for research, with Account Research calls mostly at 5 to 15 credits, per its credits docs. Seamless.AI bundles the phone into the contact. ZoomInfo splits data from reasoning and charges for each.
How each fences in an agent
Seamless.AI labels every MCP tool by risk: reads run on their own, writes such as creating or sending ask first, and destructive actions need an explicit yes, per its MCP page. ZoomInfo's control sits with the admin, who sets data and AI credit limits per user that MCP respects. One guards actions, the other guards spend. A team putting assistants in front of reps wants both questions answered.
One agent step: job changes, then a draft that waits
Seamless.AI's MCP server at mcp.seamless.ai/mcp signs in with OAuth, scoped to your license, and lists a play for catching buyers the week they land a new role. Run it each Monday for your closed-won contacts: the assistant searches, which is free, and returns who moved and where. The account owner picks the ones worth a note. Only then does the assistant enrich those people, at a credit each, and draft a message; sending is a write action, so it waits for approval, and it needs Seamless.AI's Connect module switched on. The owner reads every draft against the CRM history before saying yes.
Prices on 26 October 2026
Seamless.AI: no figures; the pricing page opens an inquiry form. Allowances are published: Free 50 credits once, never replenished; Basic 250 a month; Pro 10,000 a month; bulk pools bought at the start of a contract, per the credit article.
ZoomInfo: Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise, no figures, on its pricing page. GTM AI publishes data credits from $215 for 500 down to $0.25 a credit at 100,000, and AI credits at $0.05, on the GTM AI pricing page.
ZoomInfo's MCP shows no cost preview before a tool call and leaves the estimate to a starter prompt, per its credits docs, so an assistant connected on the defaults spends a data credit on every new record it enriches before anyone has seen a total. Set the per-user limits first.
Free before a contract
Seamless.AI's free license gives 50 credits that do not replenish, and GTM AI's signup gives 1,000 data credits once, per the credit article and the GTM AI pricing page. Run the same 25 known contacts through both. Book the sales calls in the order the results suggest.
Choose Seamless.AI if
- Your job is a research and calling desk that needs phone numbers for most of the people it looks up.
- You want an assistant whose risky actions stop and ask, out of the box.
- You are ready to manage a contract with an automatic renewal.
Choose ZoomInfo if
- Your job is a shared data layer for sales, marketing and RevOps, with intent and CRM context.
- You want to start self-serve, by the credit, and negotiate a package later.
- Admin control over each person's spend matters more than per-tool prompts.
More on Seamless.AI in its glossary entry; ZoomInfo's own description is on zoominfo.com. For Seamless.AI against a published price list, see Seamless.AI vs Apollo.io; for what the GDPR asks of you once either one supplies the data, the GDPR section of Apollo.io vs ZoomInfo.
When a data contract stands in for a plan
A large data contract sometimes gets signed because nobody has written down where next year's pipeline should come from. If that is the real gap, it is a leadership job rather than a vendor choice, and an interim CMO engagement, which I sell, writes that plan and hands it to the team.
FAQ
Does either one publish prices?
Seamless.AI does not. ZoomInfo does for GTM AI credits on its pricing page, and not for its platform packages.
Does Seamless.AI refund wrong phone numbers?
No. Credit Back Protection refunds credits automatically for emails its own check finds invalid, and excludes phone numbers and other non-email data, per the Credit Back article.
Is searching free over MCP?
On both. Seamless.AI charges credits only when you enrich a contact or company, per its MCP page, and ZoomInfo's search, lookup and find-similar tools are free, per its credits docs.
