Waalaxy vs Dripify: Ready-Made Sequences or Your Own Builder

The short answer: for a founder who sends fewer than 300 invitations a month and wants a campaign out the same day from a ready-made sequence, Waalaxy Pro at $19 a month costs under a quarter of a Dripify seat; for a rep who wants to build their own sequence, with email steps and message tests, Dripify Advanced at $99 is the tool, or Pro at $79 without the tests (monthly billing, Waalaxy pricing as it showed to a US browser and Dripify pricing, checked on 26 October 2026; a browser set to Europe saw Waalaxy at €19, €49 and €69). Choose Waalaxy if your job is getting started on LinkedIn cheaply without designing flows; choose Dripify if your job is a sequence you design and test yourself. LinkedIn allows neither: its help page on prohibited software says it does not permit third-party tools that automate activity on its website, and that members using them risk restriction or closure of their accounts.
Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.
The same page adds a risk vendors rarely mention: prohibited tools may stop working without notice, so a campaign can go quiet mid-sequence. Section 8.2 of the User Agreement is the clause behind it, naming bots that add contacts or send messages. The comparison below is for a reader who has accepted that and wants the better fit. The way to do this inside LinkedIn's rules, with an assistant drafting and the profile owner sending each message by hand, is in LinkedIn outreach with AI drafts, and it costs nothing.
Three numbers first:
- Invitations a month. For example, 25 invitations a working day over 22 working days is 25 x 22 = 550 a month: more than Waalaxy Pro's 300, inside Advanced's 800 (Waalaxy pricing). The same pace sits within the 20 to 30 a day that Dripify's limits article suggests for an established account.
- The search and CRM you already use. Both import a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search by URL. Waalaxy connects natively to HubSpot and Pipedrive and to 2,000+ apps through Make, Zapier and n8n (homepage); Dripify has a native HubSpot integration plus Zapier, Make and webhooks (What is Dripify).
- Your own reply rate as the bar. Waalaxy's sequence article calls its Invitation + 2 Messages sequence the most effective, with a 40% reply rate. That is Waalaxy's figure across its users. Hold the tool to your own last month instead.

Where they part ways
Somebody else's sequence, or your own
Waalaxy hands you a catalogue: filter by target, channel and number of messages, pick a model, and launch. Its sequence article is plain that you cannot add or remove an action or build one from scratch. For a founder who has never run LinkedIn outreach, that is the point. For a rep with a view on timing, it is the limit.
Dripify gives you the blocks instead: LinkedIn actions, emails, delays and conditions in a drag-and-drop builder, which you can change after launch without rebuilding the campaign (What is Dripify). On Advanced it splits a step into up to 3 variants so replies decide.
Who sets the pace
Waalaxy sets the quotas: up to 11 invitations a day on Pro, up to 100 a day and 200 a week on Advanced and Business, with 120 to 150 messages a day on all three (quotas article). You can lower them in Settings, not raise them. Dripify hands the numbers to you within its ceiling, and its Activity Control on Advanced adjusts them to the account's own activity (pricing page).
Email and InMail
Email arrives late in Waalaxy's ladder, on Business (pricing page), while Dripify puts email steps and 100 finder credits a month on every paid plan (pricing page). Waalaxy does not send InMail at all, its quotas article says; Dripify's sequences include Sales Navigator InMails.
The price ladders
| Plan level | Waalaxy, US page | Waalaxy, euro page | Dripify |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | Pro $19, or $16 yearly | Pro €19 | Pro $79, or $59 yearly |
| Middle | Advanced $39, or $32 yearly | Advanced €49 | Advanced $99, or $79 yearly |
| Top self-serve | Business $69, or $55 yearly | Business €69 | Enterprise, quoted |
Per user per month, checked on 26 October 2026 on the Waalaxy pricing page and the Dripify pricing page. The currency followed the browser's region settings in this reading; on the euro version its billing toggle did not change the figures shown, so treat those as the page displayed them. Teams of five or more get a Waalaxy Enterprise quote.
One job for an agent
Waalaxy's MCP connector, on Advanced and Business, lets Claude or ChatGPT list your prospect lists and campaigns, import LinkedIn prospects and add them to a campaign (MCP article). The useful first prompt is the audit one the article suggests: ask for every current campaign and list, so new leads go to the right sequence. The agent proposes where each batch belongs; the sender confirms before any import. Imports made through the connector show MCP as their source in each prospect's history, so a person can trace afterwards which names the agent added.
Before money changes hands
Free comes first. Two weeks of hand-sent invitations and assistant-drafted messages, as in the LinkedIn outreach use case, give you the reply rate from point 3 and may be all a founder needs. If you then automate, take Dripify's 7 days without a card, or Waalaxy's 14 with the conditions in the FAQ below in mind.
On Waalaxy, look at the quota setting before launch. Its quotas article sets each day's quota at random between 80% and 100% of the plan's maximum, while its own subscriptions article tells a profile that has been quiet on LinkedIn to hold to 30 actions a day per type: the default runs the plan at full stretch, which is what makes the higher tier feel necessary, and the slower setting is one you have to go and find.
Choose Waalaxy if
- You want a campaign out today without designing a flow.
- You send up to 300 invitations a month, where Pro costs $19.
- Pipedrive is your CRM and you want a native connection.
Choose Dripify if
- You want to build, change and test your own sequence.
- Email or InMail belongs in the sequence.
- You will pay $79 to $99 a seat for that control.

FAQ
Can I edit a Waalaxy sequence after choosing it?
No. Waalaxy's sequence article says actions cannot be added to or removed from a model, so pick the model that already matches the steps you want.
Does Waalaxy's free trial turn into a paid plan?
It can. If you start it with a card, the subscriptions article says it converts to a paid plan at the end unless you cancel, and that Waalaxy sends no warning before the first charge. Cancel under Settings, Invoices if you decide against it.
How many LinkedIn profiles does one licence cover?
One, for both tools. Each Waalaxy licence corresponds to one LinkedIn account, per its subscriptions article, and each Dripify seat connects one LinkedIn account, per the Dripify pricing FAQ.
