Dripify vs HeyReach: A Seat per Rep or Senders in Rotation

The short answer: if each rep works their own list and wants emails inside the same sequence, Dripify's Pro seat at $79 a month covers it; if one list should run through ten or more LinkedIn profiles at once, HeyReach's Growth plan drops to $59 per sender, so ten profiles cost $590 a month there against $790 on ten Dripify Pro seats (monthly billing, Dripify pricing and HeyReach pricing, checked on 26 October 2026). Choose Dripify if your job is one rep's LinkedIn-and-email sequence; choose HeyReach if your job is one campaign spread across a team's or clients' profiles. Before either: LinkedIn does not permit tools like these, and says on its prohibited software page that members who use them risk having their accounts restricted or shut down.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

The rule sits in section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement, which names bots that add contacts or send messages; HeyReach's own footer says it is not associated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. So what follows compares the two for a team that has read the rule and chosen to carry the risk. If that choice is not made, the route LinkedIn allows is in LinkedIn outreach with AI drafts: an assistant drafts, the profile owner sends by hand.

What decides it:

  1. Where the price breaks. For example, at monthly rates five profiles cost 5 x $79 = $395 on either tool. At ten, Dripify Pro is 10 x $79 = $790 and HeyReach Growth 10 x $59 = $590, a gap of $200 a month, from the Dripify and HeyReach pricing pages. Under ten profiles the bill is identical; from ten up, HeyReach is cheaper per profile.
  2. The profiles and mailboxes you already have. Dripify connects one LinkedIn account per seat, sends email from a mailbox you connect and includes 100 email finder credits a month on every paid plan (pricing FAQ). HeyReach hands email to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison through native integrations (homepage).
  3. The line you will judge it against. Write down each profile's acceptance rate for the last month before connecting anything. HeyReach holds every sender to 200 connection requests a week (limits article); Dripify leaves the daily number to you. That weekly figure per profile is what the tool has to beat.

Where each row comes from: the Dripify pricing page and its multiple-accounts article for the Dripify column; HeyReach's pricing page, rotation article, limits article and MCP page for HeyReach.

The two differences that settle it

One profile per sequence, or a pool

HeyReach was built around rotation: tick any number of connected LinkedIn accounts as senders in a campaign and it spreads the leads across them, with every conversation in one Unibox where one person can answer for colleagues (rotation article). Limits belong to the sender, so a profile in two campaigns splits its daily actions between them.

Dripify ties each LinkedIn account to its own Dripify account and lets a parent account watch the stats of all of them (multiple-accounts article). That suits a floor where every rep owns a list; nothing on its pricing page or in the help articles read for this page puts one list behind five profiles.

Email: in the sequence, or handed off

Dripify runs connection requests, messages, Sales Navigator InMails, profile views and emails in one sequence, and pauses outreach to a lead who replies (What is Dripify). HeyReach answers with integrations: its MCP page lists native connections to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison and a Find Email step. One bill, or two.

On pace, the two are close. Dripify's limits article suggests 20 to 30 connection requests a day for established accounts; HeyReach defaults to 25 once a sender is warmed up. LinkedIn says it keeps improving its defences against automation tools at any volume, so read a vendor's number as a pace, not a permission.

Monthly billing in USD, checked on 26 October 2026 on the Dripify pricing page and the HeyReach pricing page; each total is the per-profile price times the count. Billed yearly, Dripify Pro is $59 and Advanced $79 a seat; HeyReach Growth is $64 a sender, or $48 from ten. HeyReach's Agency plan is $999 a month for 25 senders, with your own proxies; Growth includes a dedicated residential proxy per sender.

One step an agent can take

Both vendors publish an MCP server. Dripify's lets an assistant list campaigns, look up a lead by email or profile URL and upload up to 1,000 LinkedIn profiles as a new lead list, and the help article tells Claude users to set that upload to Needs approval (MCP article). HeyReach's MCP page suggests prompts such as pulling last week's positive replies and drafting follow-ups for each.

Take the HeyReach prompt, since replies are where a multi-profile campaign eats hours. The assistant drafts a follow-up for each positive reply; the person whose name is on the sending profile reads, edits and sends it from the Unibox. A message goes out under someone's name, so that someone signs it off.

Before you pay for either

Run the free version for two weeks: the profile owner sends invitations by hand and an assistant drafts the follow-ups, as the LinkedIn outreach use case lays out. It gives you the baseline from point 3 at no cost, inside LinkedIn's terms. If you then automate, both trials are free: Dripify's 7 days need no card and charge nothing at the end, and HeyReach's 14 days run three LinkedIn accounts without a card.

HeyReach's rotation article says the only way to reach more leads on LinkedIn is to add senders and rotate through them, and every sender is a line on HeyReach's bill, so the growth advice and the billing model are the same sentence. Add a profile because its owner wants it in, not because the tenth one lowers the rate.

Choose Dripify if

  • Each rep runs their own sequence from their own profile, with emails in it.
  • You want to test message variants against each other, which Dripify sells on Advanced.
  • You run fewer than ten profiles, where the price per profile matches and email comes included.

Choose HeyReach if

  • One list should go out through several profiles, a team's or a client's.
  • Your email already runs through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison.
  • You will connect ten or more profiles, where Growth drops to $59 each, or an agency's 25 for $999 a month.

FAQ

Can one Dripify seat run several LinkedIn profiles?

No. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account, so five reps need five seats, per the FAQ on the pricing page; Advanced adds team management for one admin to oversee them.

Is HeyReach's 200-a-week cap a LinkedIn rule?

No, it is HeyReach's own ceiling. Its limits article says LinkedIn does not publish a weekly number and sets it per account. Staying under any cap does not make the tool permitted; LinkedIn's prohibited software page rules out the automation itself.

Can either one send InMail?

Both can. Dripify's sequences include Sales Navigator InMails (What is Dripify). In HeyReach, every sender in a campaign with InMail steps needs a Sales Navigator licence, or the campaign will not launch (rotation article).
