The short answer: for one person feeding a sequencer, $99 a month buys 5,000 credits on either side: Findymail's credit-based Starter plan with 5,000 Finder and 5,000 Verifier credits, or a Prospeo Growth seat, per the Findymail and Prospeo pricing pages checked on 26 October 2026. Choose Findymail if your job is sending cold email from a tool you already pay for and you want a bounce line in writing: under 5%, or the credits back on its credit plans. Choose Prospeo if your job is testing first and calling Europe: its free plan renews 100 credits every month, its Starter seat costs $49, and its pages put no regional limit on mobiles, where Findymail's are non-EU only.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

What decides it:

  1. Your month in credits. For example, 1,000 emails and 100 mobiles cost 1,000 + 100 x 10 = 2,000 credits in either tool, since both charge 1 for an email and 10 for a phone. A Prospeo Starter seat holds exactly 2,000 at $49, per its credits article; Findymail's $99 Starter leaves 3,000 Finder credits over, and its pricing FAQ lets unused credits roll forward up to twice the monthly allowance.
  2. Where your buyers pick up the phone. List the countries your reps call. Findymail's homepage says its phone finder works only outside the EU, for privacy compliance. If Amsterdam and Munich are on the list, that settles the phone side before any trial.
  3. One bounce line for both. Findymail publishes 5% on its pricing page. Send the first 300 emails from each tool through the same mailboxes and hold both to that figure.

Both tools find and verify business emails and mobiles and hand them to a CRM or a sequencer; neither sends. Findymail sells verification at the moment of finding, with a guarantee attached. Prospeo sells a searchable database with 28 to 41 filters by plan, CSV and CRM enrichment, and a price per seat, per its pricing page.

The three differences

A written bounce line, or a free plan

Findymail's pricing page guarantees a bounce rate under 5% and refunds credits above it on credit-based plans. Prospeo makes its case in claims, 98% data accuracy and 143M verified emails on its homepage, and in a free plan you can run for as long as you like. One gives you a remedy after a bad send; the other gives you room to test before one.

Credits that wait, or credits that reset

Prospeo resets every seat's credits on the billing date, with add-ons sold from 1,000 credits for $10 when a month runs over, per its pricing FAQ. Findymail's credit plans carry unused credits forward, capped at twice a month's allowance. A team whose volume swings between campaign months loses less on Findymail; a team that spends the same every month loses nothing on Prospeo.

Phones outside or inside the EU

Findymail draws the line itself: mobiles and direct dials for non-EU contacts only, with the FAQ on its homepage adding that US coverage is strongest. Prospeo's data page counts 125M+ verified mobile numbers and puts the average pick-up rate at 30%, without a regional carve-out on the pages read. For a calling team in Europe, that difference outweighs the rest of the table.

One agent step: re-check before the campaign

Findymail's MCP article adds the server to Claude Code with one command and an API key, and lists periodic re-verification of risky contacts as a use. Ask the assistant to take the CRM contacts you have not emailed in 90 days, run them through Findymail's verifier, and return a table by status with a count for each. For example, 800 contacts cost 800 Verifier credits, inside Starter's 5,000, since the credits article charges every attempt. The person who owns the campaign reads the risky rows and decides which stay, before the list goes to the sequencer.

What it costs

Monthly billing in USD, checked on 26 October 2026 on the Findymail and Prospeo pricing pages.

Monthly budgetFindymailProspeo
$010 credits, onceFree: 100 credits every month
$49No planStarter: one seat, 2,000 credits
$99Starter (credits) or Individual (one seat, usage-based)Growth: one seat, 5,000 credits
$249No planPro: one seat, 15,000 credits
$399Team: five seats, 5x Individual usageStarter for eight seats ($392), 16,000 credits

Prospeo's yearly billing takes 25% off, bringing Starter to $37 and Growth to $74 a seat a month, with the year's credits granted upfront, on its pricing page.

Prospeo's yearly plan hands each Starter seat 24,000 credits on day one and returns the balance to zero on the renewal date, per its pricing FAQ, so the 25% discount is paid for by every credit the team does not get round to spending.

Free first

Take 20 people from your target accounts. Run them through Prospeo's free plan, 100 credits a month, and Findymail's 10 free credits on the ten you care about most, per the Prospeo and Findymail pricing pages. Push both sets into the same sequencer and send. If Prospeo's free results bounce under 5% and cover your countries, you may not need to pay anyone this month.

Choose Findymail if

  • Your job is keeping a sequencer you already pay for supplied with addresses that do not bounce.
  • You want a refund written into the plan when they do.
  • Your volume swings, so credits that roll forward suit you.

Choose Prospeo if

  • Your job is testing a data source for free before committing, and then paying per seat.
  • Your reps call buyers in the EU.
  • You want HubSpot or Salesforce enriched directly from the data tool.

Each tool on its own: the Findymail entry and the Prospeo entry.
