The short answer: if your reps need verified mobiles in HubSpot or Salesforce and the budget is under $100 a person a month, Prospeo is the one you can buy today: a Starter seat costs $49 a month for 2,000 credits, a mobile costs 10 of them with the email included, and the free plan renews 100 credits a month, per its pricing page. ZoomInfo sells the account around the contact: firmographics, intent and research agents across sales, marketing and RevOps, priced by quote on its pricing page or self-serve on GTM AI at $410 for 1,000 records, per the GTM AI pricing page. All three pages were checked on 26 October 2026. Choose Prospeo if your job is putting reachable people in front of callers. Choose ZoomInfo if your job is deciding which accounts deserve the call.

Work it out on one list:

  1. 500 contacts with a mobile. For example, Prospeo charges 500 x 10 = 5,000 credits: one Growth seat at $99, or a Starter seat at $49 plus three 1,000-credit add-ons at $10 each, $79 in all, per its pricing FAQ. On GTM AI the same 500 records cost $215 at list price, and the page lists mobile phone data among what Enterprise packages include, per the GTM AI pricing page. Ask whether a self-serve record carries a mobile before you buy for calling.
  2. Start from the CRM you run. Prospeo enriches HubSpot and Salesforce records from its Growth plan. ZoomInfo integrates natively with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365, plus 120+ other tools, per the FAQ on its homepage. If Dynamics is your CRM, that line narrows the field.
  3. Count connections, not reveals. Prospeo's data page puts calls to its verified mobiles at a 30% pick-up rate on average. Dial 50 numbers from each source and write your own rate beside it.

Prospeo is a finder and enrichment tool for verified emails and mobiles: people and company search, CSV and CRM enrichment, a Chrome extension and an MCP server, priced per seat. ZoomInfo is a go-to-market platform whose data layer, 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies by its homepage count, feeds intent signals, org charts, a context graph built from your CRM and calls, and AI agents.

Three differences

Mobiles, priced and placed

Prospeo builds its pitch around the phone: 125M+ verified mobiles, a filter for them, and a flat 10 credits each with the email thrown in, per its credits article. ZoomInfo's MCP enrichment adds business emails and direct dials, per its MCP page, and GTM AI places mobile phone data in its Enterprise packages. A calling team that wants mobiles without a sales conversation has one clear option here.

A record, or a record with context

ZoomInfo's AI credits pay for research rather than rows: Account Research and Contact Research read ZoomInfo data alongside your CRM and call history and return a written answer, most calls costing 5 to 15 credits, per its credits docs. Prospeo returns fields, 50+ AI data fields among them, and leaves the reasoning to you. If nobody on the team has time to decide which accounts matter, the second kind of product does that work. If someone does, the first is cheaper.

How the free start runs

Prospeo's free plan has no end date and refills each month, per its pricing FAQ. GTM AI's 1,000 data and 1,000 AI credits arrive once at signup and expire after 12 months, and ZoomInfo also offers Lite, a permanent free plan, and a full-platform trial its trial page puts at typically 7 days. Prospeo lets you test slowly; ZoomInfo's trial rewards having the test planned before you start it.

One agent step: ZoomInfo picks the accounts, Prospeo finds the phones

Connect both in Claude. ZoomInfo's Find Similar Companies is free, per its credits docs, so ask it for 30 companies that look like your five strongest customers, with headcount and growth. The person who owns the territory strikes the misfits. For the accounts that remain, ask Prospeo, through its MCP server, to search the titles you sell to at 1 credit per results page, show the people, and wait. The rep approves who earns a mobile at 10 credits; everyone else gets an email at 1 or nothing. Prospeo's article notes the connection belongs to one user's account, so each rep connects their own.

Prices on 26 October 2026

Prospeo, per user a month on its pricing page: Free at $0 for 100 credits; Starter at $49 monthly or $37 billed yearly for 2,000 credits a month; Growth at $99 or $74 for 5,000; Pro at $249 or $187 for 15,000. Credit add-ons start at 1,000 for $10.

ZoomInfo: the platform's three sales packages, Professional, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise, carry no figures on its pricing page. GTM AI's price list charges $410 for 1,000 data credits, $1,900 for 5,000 and $4,800 for 15,000, with AI credits at $0.05 each.

GTM AI takes 70% off the first data credit purchase for a limited time, per its pricing page, which makes the first 1,000 records cost $123; the discount wins ZoomInfo your first top-up and covers no other, so build the budget on the $410 that every later one pays.

Free first

Both free routes cover a real test. Take ten accounts that match your ideal customer. In Prospeo's free plan, spend 100 credits on ten mobiles. In GTM AI, search the same ten accounts for free and enrich the same people from the signup credits. Dial the numbers, compare which tool reached more of them, and read what ZoomInfo's records add that your reps would use.

Choose Prospeo if

  • Your job is getting verified mobiles and emails to reps who call, inside HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • You want a price per seat you can approve without a meeting.
  • You call buyers in Europe and need the phone, not the account dossier.

Choose ZoomInfo if

  • Your job is deciding which accounts to work, with intent, firmographics and research across teams.
  • Your CRM is Microsoft Dynamics 365, or you need many integrations fed from one data source.
  • You will negotiate an Enterprise package with mobiles and Records Under Management included.

More on Prospeo in its glossary entry; ZoomInfo's own description is on zoominfo.com. The GDPR duties that come with bought contact data are set out in Apollo.io vs ZoomInfo.

When the question is bigger than a data tool

Sometimes the choice between these two hides a different question: whether the company should build a calling motion at all, or keep growth on marketing. That is a leadership decision before it is a purchase, and an interim CMO engagement, which I sell, is one way to make it and hand it over.

FAQ

Is Prospeo's free plan time-limited?

No. It gives 100 credits a month with no time limit, and a paid plan that is cancelled returns to Free at the end of the period, per the pricing FAQ.

Does ZoomInfo charge for searching?

Not on GTM AI: search, lookup and find similar are free, and credits go on enrichment and AI research, per the credits docs.

Does a Prospeo mobile cost extra for the email?

No. A mobile at 10 credits includes the email, per the credits article.
