The short answer: if your partners are creators, customers and affiliates who share a link, and billing runs on Stripe or Paddle, Rewardful runs the programme from a public price list: $49 a month for up to $7,500 of monthly affiliate revenue, checked on 26 October 2026 on its pricing page. If agencies and resellers register leads that your sales team closes in Salesforce or HubSpot, that is the motion PartnerStack is built for, but its price is set in a demo, and its Launch plan makes you choose between link tracking and lead and deal registration, with both together on Enterprise (PartnerStack pricing). Links point to Rewardful. Deals point to PartnerStack.

Before you book the demo:
- Know the number the quote has to beat. For example, Rewardful Growth for a programme earning up to $15,000 a month costs 12 x $99 = $1,188 a year on monthly billing, or $990 billed yearly (pricing). A PartnerStack quote buys more than tracking, so write down what the marketplace and deal registration are worth to you before the call.
- Sort last quarter's partner revenue by how it arrived. A referral link or a code is affiliate work. A lead an agency named in an email, which your rep then closed, is a deal. If the second column is empty, deal registration is a feature you would pay for and not use.
- Name the system that records a closed deal. PartnerStack's docs sync leads and deals with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and track payments from Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, Maxio and Paddle (PartnerStack docs). Rewardful reads Stripe and Paddle (features).
- Agree on the measure. Partner-sourced revenue, counted once, in one system. Write down which system wins when the CRM and the partner tool disagree.

What separates them
Links, or leads and deals
Rewardful credits a partner when a referred visitor or coupon becomes a paying customer in Stripe or Paddle, and adjusts the commission when that customer upgrades, downgrades or cancels (pricing). PartnerStack covers that and a second motion: partners submit leads and register deals, which sync to the CRM so the partner and your sales team see the same pipeline (PartnerStack docs). A company selling through agencies needs the second motion. A product sold by sign-up rarely does.
A same-day setup, or an implementation
Rewardful sells itself as self-serve: setting up a first campaign typically takes under 15 minutes, per its homepage, with a 14-day trial on every plan. PartnerStack's FAQ says all plans include guided onboarding, and most teams are up and running in weeks, depending on integrations (pricing FAQ). Weeks are reasonable for CRM-synced deal flow, and too long for a creator programme that wanted to start on Monday.
A network you can be listed in
PartnerStack runs a marketplace where partners browse programmes, and its homepage counts 115,000+ active partners and 600+ companies (homepage). It also pays partners on one monthly invoice, however many there are. Rewardful's plan table has no marketplace: affiliates arrive through your own signup page, and you pay them from a PayPal or Wise file, or through Managed Payouts at a 3% fee.
Prices, side by side
Rewardful, monthly billing in USD, checked on 26 October 2026: Starter $49, Growth $99, Enterprise from $149, with tiers on its pricing schedule up to $5,000 a month for $2,500,000 of affiliate revenue, and no percentage of that revenue taken.
PartnerStack publishes no figures. Its pricing page says pricing depends on programme size, features and support, and that the final plan and price are confirmed during the demo; it sets no limit on partners or internal users.
Every PartnerStack plan button reads Book your demo, so the first price you hear arrives at the end of a sales conversation the vendor runs, after the network has been shown and before you can set the quote beside a public list. Bring item 1 from the list above into that call, on paper, and ask for the quote in writing with the plan's partner-motion choice stated.
One agent step on the deal side
PartnerStack's MCP connects Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to live partner data, and its AI page says the connector can read and act: create leads, tag partners and close the loop (PartnerStack AI). The job: an agency partner emails the name of a prospect they introduced. Paste the email into Claude with the connector on and ask it to draft the lead submission for that partner. The human check: before the agent creates anything, the sales owner looks the company up in the CRM; if it is already an open opportunity, the lead is declined there, not in a commission dispute two months later. Rewardful documents no MCP server; its developer docs offer a REST API and webhooks for teams that build their own.
Choose Rewardful if your job is
- Paying creators, customers and affiliates for sign-ups that land in Stripe or Paddle.
- Going live this week from a public price, $49 a month up to $7,500 of affiliate revenue (pricing).

Choose PartnerStack if your job is

- Being listed where B2B partners look for programmes to join.
- Running affiliates, co-sell partners and referral customers in one platform with training and incentives.

Start free, then decide what the stack needs
Rewardful's 14-day trial and PartnerStack's demo both cost nothing. Use the trial for the link-based partners you have, and take the deals column from the list above to the demo. If the sheet shows that partner deals, CRM records and billing data each tell a different story, the stack is the problem rather than either tool, and a one-week review like the Startup Fixer is where that gets mapped before a contract.
FAQ
Does PartnerStack publish its prices?
No. Its pricing page names three plans, Launch, Growth and Enterprise, and says the final plan and price are confirmed in a demo, which you can book without choosing a plan first.
Can Rewardful handle deals registered by agencies?
Its documented features centre on links, coupon codes and payment tracking, with a REST API for referrals and commissions (developer docs). Lead and deal registration synced to a CRM is not on its plan table.
Can a programme on Rewardful be found by new partners?
Not through Rewardful: it has no marketplace, so recruiting happens through your own site and outreach. PartnerStack lists programmes in its marketplace on every plan (pricing).
