AdAlign vs Adalysis: Ad Tests and Audits or Page Alignment

The short answer: an ad wins its test and lands on a page without its offer. Adalysis can flag that page, and only flag it. If Adalysis already picks your ad test winners and runs its 100+ checks a day on Google and Microsoft Ads, keep it, and add AdAlign for that case. Adalysis judges landing pages by Google's experience ratings, conversions and on-site engagement (Adalysis landing pages guide). AdAlign reads the ad against the page and names the part that breaks, which makes it my recommendation for that job. One ad costs nothing in its free audit, and connected plans start at €590 a month for up to €75k of monthly spend (AdAlign pricing). Adalysis starts at $149 a month on monthly billing for up to $50k of spend (Adalysis pricing). Both checked on 27 October 2026.
Disclosure: I earn a commission if you buy AdAlign through a link on this page, and this page recommends it. Every claim about AdAlign links to AdAlign's own pages.
Three checks before a second subscription:
- Where your spend lands on each price list. Adalysis converts non-dollar spend to USD at daily exchange rates (pricing FAQ). For example, a €40,000 account stays under $50,000 at any rate below $1.25 per euro (40,000 x 1.25 = 50,000), so it sits on the $149 step. AdAlign's Growth band at €590 covers it too.
- The alerts you already get. Adalysis flags poorly converting pages: by default, zero conversions after 150 clicks in 90 days (alert). It also flags pages where more than half the traffic comes from keywords with a below-average experience rating (alert). Its guide states that second threshold as more than 50% of impressions. Both read on 27 October 2026. Export both lists.
- A measure that will settle it. The "Where URL is used" column lists the ads behind each page. Pick the top ad per flagged page, audit the pair, and after any fix watch whether the page drops off the alert list.
Adalysis is a PPC management platform for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads: automated ad testing, daily audits, budget tools, bidding, Quality Score analysis and reporting (features). AdAlign does one job inside that picture, across Meta as well as Google.
The two, row by row
| Adalysis | AdAlign | |
|---|---|---|
| Main job | Ad testing, daily audits, budgets, bidding, reporting | Scoring each ad against its landing page, then watching for drift |
| Ad platforms | Google Ads and Microsoft Ads | Meta and Google synced; TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit by upload |
| Ad testing | Daily single ad group tests, multi ad group tests, automatic pausing of losers | None; it scores the pairing rather than running tests |
| Landing page signals | Experience ratings grouped by URL, poor conversions, weekly broken-URL checks, GA4 metrics, PageSpeed links, URLs Google picks in PMax, AI Max and DSA | Four dimensions per ad-to-page pair, weakest named, spend at risk per page, daily re-checks |
| Reads the creative against the page | Not described in its landing page docs | Yes, image and video frames included |
| Writes to the account | Yes: auto-pause, auto-resolve, and MCP edits after you approve a preview | No; page variants publish only on domains with the AdAlign tag (beta) |
| Agent access | MCP with seven change tools behind previews; signed webhooks for n8n or Make | REST API from the Scale plan |
| Priced by | Monthly ad spend in USD; unlimited accounts and users | Spend band across connected accounts; unlimited seats and accounts |
| Free start | 30-day trial | Free single-ad audit; paid 30-day pilot |

What separates them
A test winner can still lose the page
Adalysis compares ads within an ad group on six metrics every day. If you enable it, it pauses the loser once a result meets your conditions, keeping a minimum number of ads live (automatic pausing). The ads in one ad group often share a final URL. So the test measures which ad does better on that page, including when the page carries neither ad's promise. The test still crowns a winner. It answered the question it was set, and nobody asked it about the page. AdAlign checks the page against each ad before the test. That tells you whether you are testing headlines, or testing a page that suits neither. Would the losing ad have won on a page that matched it?
Google's rating, or the ad's own promise
Adalysis groups Google's above average, average and below average experience ratings by URL, and links each page to PageSpeed Insights. It adds GA4 bounce rate and revenue beside the Google Ads numbers (landing pages guide). That is a strong view of how a page performs and how Google rates it against rivals. It does not open the ad's image and the page side by side. AdAlign does. Visual match, message match, above-the-fold continuity and tone are each scored, and the dimension that pulled the score down is named (how it works).
Pages Google chose
Adalysis's Automatic screen analyses the URLs Google selects in Performance Max, AI Max and Dynamic Search Ads, so you can exclude the ones that underperform (landing pages guide). That judges a picked page by its results. To judge it by its fit, take the same URLs and run them through AdAlign's audit with the creative that reached them.
An agent step, with approval built in
Connect the Adalysis MCP to Claude and ask one of its documented questions: what is my Quality Score, and is expected CTR, ad relevance or landing page experience dragging it down (MCP docs). For the ad groups where landing page experience is the drag, the agent sends each ad to AdAlign's /api/analyze-ad. It sets the platform to google and adds an image of the ad as it served, its headline and description in the adTextFields object, and the final URL (AdAlign API reference). Each fix that comes back says which side to change: the page, the ad, the routing or both. A person reads those fixes before anything moves. Adalysis's own change tools show a preview and wait for that exact preview to be approved. AdAlign's API changes nothing at all.
Prices, checked on 27 October 2026
| Maximum monthly ad spend | Adalysis monthly | Six months | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| $50k | $149 | $134 | $126 |
| $150k | $249 | $224 | $211 |
| $250k | $349 | $314 | $296 |
| $500k | $599 | $539 | $509 |
Per month, from the Adalysis pricing page. The euro toggle shows the same numbers, and six-month and annual billing save 10% and 15%. Every step includes all features and unlimited Google and Microsoft accounts and users.
AdAlign's bands, on the same date from its pricing page: Growth from €590 a month up to €75k of total spend, Scale from €1,290 for €75k to €250k, Portfolio from €2,490 for €250k to €750k. Annual contracts are billed monthly, month to month costs 20% more, VAT is extra, and a €1,500 paid pilot comes first.
Adalysis's discount has an end built in. When a six-month or annual plan finishes, it switches itself to a monthly subscription (pricing FAQ). At the $50k step that moves the default from $126 to $149 a month, unless someone books the annual plan again. Put the renewal date in the calendar the day you sign.
Choose AdAlign if
- Ad tests keep naming winners on pages that still do not convert.
- Meta sits beside Google in the budget and needs the same check.
- You want the reason a page fails an ad, with spend at risk to rank which page to fix first.
Choose Adalysis if
- Automated A/B testing of ads across ad groups is the core of your week.
- You run Google and Microsoft Ads and want 100+ daily checks with auto-resolve.
- You want GA4 engagement and PageSpeed links next to each landing page at $149 a month.
An agency that runs ad tests and also answers for its clients' pages will want both: Adalysis for tests and audits, AdAlign for the pages behind them. More on AdAlign in its glossary entry; Adalysis has none on this site, so its own site is adalysis.com.
Run the free version first
Start the Adalysis 30-day trial if you are not on it, and export the two landing page alerts. Then run the top ad behind each of three flagged pages through AdAlign's free audit. Low scores mean the page breaks the ad's promise, and how to fix ads that get clicks but no conversions covers what to change first. AdAlign, which pays me a commission if you buy through this page, then connects one account read-only on a demo call. The pilot and a band come after, priced on its pricing page.
FAQ
Does Adalysis work with Meta Ads?
Its homepage and pricing page name Google Ads and Microsoft Ads only (homepage, pricing). For Meta, AdAlign syncs ads directly.
Can Adalysis send its alerts to an automation tool?
Yes. Its webhook sends notifications as signed JSON to an endpoint you choose, such as Make, n8n, Pipedream or Power Automate. The documented list covers performance monitor, performance goal, critical, routine task and budget alerts (webhook). AdAlign's alerts go to email or Slack (how it works).
Will either tool appear as a user in my Google Ads account?
Adalysis says it will not appear as a User or Manager and makes no changes without your explicit permission (pricing FAQ). AdAlign connects through OAuth, reads ads, creatives, destination URLs and spend, and never edits a campaign (how it works).
