The short answer: Optmyzr has already filed the page under "Expensive": high CTR, low conversion rate. Its own Landing Page Analysis guide names ad-to-page relevance as one possible cause (Optmyzr help), and stops there. Keep Optmyzr for the account and add AdAlign for the page. To find which ad's promise those pages break, my recommendation is AdAlign. Try one ad in its free audit. Connected plans start at €590 a month for up to €75k of combined monthly spend (AdAlign pricing). Choose Optmyzr on its own if the job is search terms, bids, budgets and rules: Essentials is $299 a month on monthly billing at the $25K spend tier (Optmyzr pricing). Both checked on 27 October 2026.

Disclosure: I earn a commission if you buy AdAlign through a link on this page, and this page recommends it. Every claim about AdAlign links to AdAlign's own pages.

Before you add a second tool:

  1. Cost the pair at your real spend. For example, an agency running €120,000 a month across its clients sits in AdAlign's Scale band at €1,290 a month. That is the worked example on AdAlign's pricing page. On Optmyzr the same spend is the $150K tier: Essentials at $449 monthly or $314 billed annually, charged in euros at the same numbers for EU customers (Optmyzr billing FAQ). Together, €1,290 + €449 = €1,739 a month on monthly Optmyzr billing.
  2. Use the list Optmyzr already made. Run Landing Page Analysis over 90 days, filter to Expensive and download the CSV. A URL needs more than 10 clicks to appear (Landing Page Analysis FAQ). Those rows are your first AdAlign audits.
  3. Write down what "fixed" will look like. Note each Expensive page's CTR and conversion rate today. If it moves toward High Performer after the copy change, the page was the problem.

Optmyzr works on the whole account across six ad platforms (billing FAQ). AdAlign works on one join inside it: the line from each live ad to the page it opens. The overlap is smaller than the feature lists suggest.

Three questions that separate them

Does the page work, or does it match?

Optmyzr's URL Checker answers the first. It flags final URLs that return 404 or contain text you name, such as "out of stock". In Apply mode it pauses the ads, keywords or asset groups behind them (URL Checker guide). AdAlign starts where that check ends. Handed a dead page, its API returns a broken-link result without scoring it or using an evaluation (AdAlign API reference). Its real job is the page that loads fine and still opens on the black variant of a product the ad showed in red, an example from its how it works page.

A performance category, or a named cause?

Landing Page Analysis sorts pages by CTR and conversion rate against the average, into High Performer, High Potential, Expensive and Others. That tells you where to look. It does not tell you what to change. Its guide says an Expensive page can mean weak ad-to-page relevance or a tedious conversion process, two very different fixes. AdAlign's score separates them. If all four dimensions score well, the problem sits lower on the page or in checkout, and nobody needs to rewrite the headline. Optmyzr's Audience Fit Analyzer, in Labs, scores a page 1 to 10 against an audience you define by age, income and similar traits (guide). That is the page against people, not against the ad.

Two kinds of "at-risk spend"

Optmyzr's Ad Analyzer for Meta and LinkedIn has an at-risk spend filter: spend on creatives flagged as fatiguing or below a benchmark you set (Ad Analyzer guide). AdAlign's spend at risk counts spend on live ads scoring below 5 against their page. Its homepage FAQ takes last week's spend divided by 7, times 30 (homepage). Its ad QA guide takes the last 30 days of spend instead (QA guide). Both were read on 27 October 2026. Same words, different question. One flags tired creative, the other a broken promise. The arithmetic is in how to calculate ad spend at risk.

One agent step, with a person in it

Optmyzr's MCP lets Claude or ChatGPT put GA4 bounce rate for the highest-click landing pages next to Google Ads spend, one of the prompts on its MCP page. On AdAlign's Scale plan, a script then posts each page URL with the image of its top ad to /api/analyze-ad. It reads the suggestions back from /api/fixes, within 1,500 evaluations a month (developers). The page owner reads the HIGH priority fixes and decides what ships. Nothing reaches the ad account on the way. AdAlign never writes to it, and Optmyzr's MCP stages new negative keywords in a preview card until someone clicks Apply.

Prices, checked on 27 October 2026

Up to $25K$299 / $209$389 / $272
Up to $50K$349 / $244$454 / $318
Up to $150K$449 / $314$584 / $409
Up to $250KPremium only$599 / $419

USD per month from Optmyzr's pricing page, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first subscription. Past the tier a 15 to 20% buffer applies, then overage per $1,000 of spend. After two months over, if overage costs more than the next tier, Optmyzr upgrades the plan with a week's notice (billing FAQ).

AdAlign prices in euros, before VAT, on annual contracts billed monthly: Growth from €590 up to €75k of total monthly spend, Scale from €1,290 for €75k to €250k, Portfolio from €2,490 for €250k to €750k. Month to month costs 20% more (pricing).

AdAlign's own terms deserve the same reading. The pilot costs €1,500 up front. It is refunded only if it surfaces fewer than 3 issues on ads that spent during the pilot, and a broken link counts as one (pricing). If Optmyzr's URL Checker already emails you every 404, agree before day one that your three must be pages that load and still miss their ad. Then the refund test measures what you are paying to learn.

Choose AdAlign if

  • Your Expensive pages need a cause, not a category.
  • Meta carries a real share of spend and you want the creative read against the page.
  • Client pages change without warning and you want daily drift alerts.

Choose Optmyzr if

  • Your week goes into search terms, bids, budgets and feeds.
  • You want rules that act on the account on a schedule: weekly or monthly on Essentials, daily on Premium (pricing).
  • You need broken-URL checks that pause what points at a dead page.

With both jobs, keep Optmyzr and add AdAlign. Entries: Optmyzr and AdAlign; for the account side, how to use Optmyzr.

Start with the Expensive list

Take five URLs from that CSV, pick the ad sending each the most clicks, and run the pairs through AdAlign's free audit, or the Meta Ad Analyzer for Meta creatives. If three of five score below 5, a connected account is worth a call. AdAlign, which pays me a commission when you buy through this page, runs a demo on one of your own accounts first. The pilot and a band come after.

FAQ

Does Optmyzr compare an ad with its landing page?

Not in the articles its help centre publishes on Landing Page Analysis, the URL Checker and the Audience Fit Analyzer. None of them describes reading an ad's creative against the page. That gap is where AdAlign sits.

Can AdAlign pause an ad whose page broke?

No. It reads ads, creatives, destination URLs and spend and never edits a campaign (how it works). Pausing stays with Optmyzr's URL Checker in Apply mode, a rule, or a person.

Which currency will each bill me in?

Optmyzr bills EU customers in euros at the same numbers as its dollar prices (billing FAQ). AdAlign invoices in euros by default, with reverse charge for EU businesses that have a valid VAT number (pricing).
