Reclaim.ai vs Calendly: Booking Links or Protected Time

The short answer: if agencies, vendors and colleagues book you so freely that campaign work gets the gaps, Reclaim.ai is the fit: its free Lite plan gives one person five AI agents and one scheduling link, and Starter costs $10 a seat a month billed yearly or $12 monthly for up to 10 people (Reclaim pricing). If the job is getting prospects, candidates or customers booked with the right person on your team, Calendly is the fit: its free plan covers one event type, Standard costs $10 a seat billed yearly or $12 monthly, and Teams, at $16 or $20, adds round robin and lead routing (Calendly pricing). Both checked on 26 October 2026. Reclaim decides what your time is for. Calendly decides who gets it.

Disclosure: I may earn a commission through some links on this site. It does not change what this page says.

Three questions settle most of it:

  1. What five bookers pay. For example, 5 people on Calendly Standard cost 5 x $10 = $50 a month billed yearly, or 5 x $16 = $80 on Teams; on Reclaim, 5 x $10 = $50 on Starter, or 5 x $15 = $75 on Business, the plan with unlimited scheduling links (Calendly, Reclaim). The prices match; the jobs do not.
  2. Who booked you last month. Sort last month's meetings into people outside the company and people inside it. Calendly needs a seat only for hosts, never for invitees (pricing). If most bookings came from outside, a booking page is the product. If most came from inside, the week is the product.
  3. Unbroken time, before and after. Count your blocks of two hours or more with no meeting in them, for the week before you connect either tool and the fourth week after. That count, not the number of links sent, says whether it worked.

Both, line by line

What separates them

Whose hours a link is guarding

A Reclaim scheduling link carries one of four priorities. Send a client a Critical link and it can offer the slot your Medium lunch habit holds; if the client books it, Reclaim finds lunch another time, and nothing Reclaim schedules later will land on the booked meeting (priorities). A Low link offers less, because more of your week stays protected from it. Calendly offers whatever your availability rules and connected calendars leave open, and treats every open hour alike. For one person with too many meetings, the priority is the feature.

One host, or a team sharing the demand

Calendly's Teams plan spreads meetings across colleagues with round robin, qualifies leads through forms, including existing HubSpot, Pardot or Marketo forms, and sends meetings to Salesforce (pricing). Reclaim's team features face the other way: an out-of-office calendar for the team, and delegated access so an assistant can run an executive's calendar (pricing). Inbound sales wants the first. A busy marketing lead with an assistant wants the second.

Prices, checked on 26 October 2026

Reclaim, per seat a month: Lite free for one user; Starter $10 billed yearly or $12 monthly, up to 10 seats; Business $15 or $18, up to 100 seats; Enterprise $22, yearly only, above 100 seats (Reclaim pricing). Calendly, per seat a month: Free; Standard $10 billed yearly or $12 monthly; Teams $16 or $20; Standard Plus and Teams Plus, which add Notetaker and Callie, $18 or $24 and $24 or $32; Enterprise from $15k a year, starting at 50 seats (Calendly pricing).

One agent step: let Callie answer the agency

An agency account lead emails asking for 30 minutes to review the new campaign. Instead of pasting a link, add callie@calendly.com to the To or CC line and write "Grab 30 minutes with them next week." Callie replies in the thread with times from your calendar; the agency picks one, and Callie sends the invite to everyone (how to schedule with Callie). The agency is told Callie is an AI assistant. The human check: if you ask Callie to change something for this one meeting, a shorter call or another day, it asks for your approval before anything updates. On Reclaim, the same request from Claude through the MCP server is staged in Preview Mode until you apply it (MCP).

The two trials end in opposite directions. Calendly's 14 days end with every member moved to the Free plan automatically; Reclaim's 30 days end on the plan you picked, and its help article warns you may be charged if you have not downgraded to Lite by then (Calendly pricing, Reclaim trial article). A trial that rolls into an invoice pays its vendor on the day the evaluation is forgotten. If Reclaim is still on probation on day 25, step down to Lite; the same article gives a 28-day free overage period to switch off whatever Lite does not cover.

Start on the free plans

Both free plans are enough for a two-week test. Calendly Free gives one event type for the bookings that come from outside; Reclaim Lite gives one person five agents, including Focus Time, and one scheduling link (Calendly, Reclaim). Recount your two-hour blocks at the end. If they grew, the problem was protection. If they did not and the bookings still pile up, the problem is volume, and Calendly's team plans are built for volume.

Choose Reclaim.ai if your job is

  • Defending focus time and routines against a calendar that other people fill.
  • Offering scheduling links that know which of your commitments may move.
  • Giving an assistant delegated access to manage an executive's week, on Business.

Choose Calendly if your job is

  • Turning a website form or an email into a booked meeting with the right teammate.
  • Spreading demos or interviews across a team with round robin, at $16 a seat billed yearly on Teams (pricing).
  • Collecting payment at booking through Stripe or PayPal, from Standard.

The Reclaim.ai entry covers its agents and plans, and how to use Reclaim.ai sets up a focus goal and a meeting cap on Lite. Reclaim against a task scheduler is in Reclaim.ai vs Motion.

FAQ

Can Reclaim replace Calendly?

For one-on-one bookings, Reclaim's homepage pitches its scheduling links as exactly that (homepage). For routing leads from forms, round robin across a sales team or sending meetings to Salesforce, Calendly's Teams plan lists what Reclaim's plans do not.

Do people who book me need Calendly?

No. Calendly's pricing page says seats are required only for users who connect calendars and host meetings; invitees need no account or seat (pricing).

Is there a discount for moving from Calendly to Reclaim?

Yes: 20% off any plan for 6 months, or 12 months for a team of 10 or more, after you send proof of a Calendly account, free ones included (switching discount).
