mParticle alternatives
By Joris van Huët · each comparison from the vendors' own pricing and help pages, prices dated on the page
The short answer: 4 tools are compared with mParticle on this site, and the line under each one is the verdict from its comparison: who should pick which, with the figures that decide it on the comparison itself. Read the one that names your job. What mParticle costs and who it suits is in its entry, and how to use mParticle walks through one job with it.

Amplitude
If one app or one SaaS product sends your events under one login ID, Amplitude on its own is enough. It is free to 2 million events a month, and its Plus estimator showed $576 a month for 10 million, billed annually (Amplitude pricing, checked on 6 November 2026).
Hightouch
If the customer record already lives in your warehouse, start with Hightouch, whose free tier runs 2 active syncs to unlimited destinations (Hightouch pricing). If customers reach you through apps and no warehouse holds them yet, mParticle resolves them as events arrive, priced on request (mParticle platform page).
RudderStack
Choose RudderStack if you want customers stitched together in your own warehouse, on a schedule your data team sets. Choose mParticle if an app login must become a known customer the moment it happens, and you accept that the profile lives in mParticle's store.
mParticle vs RudderStack: Identity on Arrival or on Schedule
Twilio Segment
Choose mParticle if the profile is the job from the start, across several apps and screens. Choose Twilio Segment if you want to start self-serve on the pipeline and add identity and audiences later.
