Questions I would ask first

In Haus's head-to-head tests, 58% of brands got higher incremental return on ad spend from manual campaigns than from Meta's Advantage+. Haus sells incrementality testing. Source: Haus, The Meta Report: Lessons from 640 Haus Incrementality Experiments, July 2025.

Question 1

Did your last creative refresh move paid CAC, and how do you know?

Question 2

Which tools in the stack overlap, and who owns each one?

Question 3

How much of your reported ROAS would hold up in a holdout test?

Question 4

Is retention holding by first-purchase cohort, and do first orders still pay back?

What it costs

From €5,000 to €25,000 per month, set by how much of the function I take on and how many days a week that takes. €25,000 is a full mandate with P&L ownership. Monthly cycles, a 30-day exit clause. The ladder is the same in every sector, and the full ladder is in the homepage pricing section.

From my track record

Performance marketing team lead: Renault, Levi's, easyJet and L'Oréal. Founder of Causality Engine: causal marketing attribution for European DTC brands. Disclosure: it is my own product, so weigh what I say about measurement accordingly. See the interactive CV for the full record.

Frequently asked

How quickly can you start with my D2C brand?

Within a week, when a slot is open: I only start two new mandates a quarter. Week one is diagnosis, and the first board-ready report lands by day 30.

Do you work with Shopify Plus or only enterprise commerce platforms?

Either. I work with the platform you already run. Week one audits the stack, and I check how much of it is used before I suggest replacing anything.

How do you handle paid media if attribution is broken?

I rebuild the measurement before I rebuild the spend: geographic holdouts, a lightweight media mix model and incrementality tests.

Will you replace my existing agency?

That depends on the audit. Agency relationships are audited in week one. If the agency is delivering and the issue is in-house, I fix in-house. If the agency cannot defend its work, I run a structured agency review.

One intake. A straight answer on fit.

Five-minute intake. Monthly cycles, a 30-day exit clause, and a reply within 24 hours. If I am not the right fit, I will say so.
