iubenda alternatives
By Joris van Huët · each comparison from the vendors' own pricing and help pages, prices dated on the page
The short answer: 4 tools are compared with iubenda on this site, and the line under each one is the verdict from its comparison: who should pick which, with the figures that decide it on the comparison itself. Read the one that names your job. What iubenda costs and who it suits is in its entry, and how to use iubenda walks through one job with it.

Complianz
If every site you run is on WordPress, Complianz is the cheaper route as traffic grows: its free plugin has no pageview or session limit, and Premium, which adds Consent Mode v2, records of consent and the IAB framework, costs $59 a year for one site or $179 for five (Complianz pricing, checked on 26 October 2026).
CookieYes
If your banner has to speak more than one language, CookieYes Basic does it for $10 a month per domain with 100,000 pageviews, where iubenda asks for Advanced at €19.99 a month billed yearly; if your site earns ad revenue that needs the IAB framework, the order flips, because iubenda lists it from Essentials at €4.99.
OneTrust
Choose iubenda if your job is a banner, a policy and a consent log that one person can configure and evidence this month; choose OneTrust if your job is one consent record enforced across many channels and teams.

Termly
If you must be able to show each visitor's consent choice without buying a top tier, iubenda keeps a consent log from its free plan and adds the IAB framework from Essentials, €4.99 a month per site billed yearly, while Termly keeps consent logs, IAB TCF 2.3 and Advanced Consent Mode for Pro+, $15 per website a month.
