The short answer: 3 tools are compared with Sender on this site, and the line under each one is the verdict from its comparison: who should pick which, with the figures that decide it on the comparison itself. Read the one that names your job. What Sender costs and who it suits is in its entry, and how to use Sender walks through one job with it.

Brevo
Choose Brevo if your job is storing a large list you mail rarely, app emails with long log history, or WhatsApp and a CRM later.
MailerLite
A small shop or service business with up to 2,500 subscribers can run its email on Sender for nothing: the free plan allows 15,000 emails a month to that many people (Sender pricing), where MailerLite's stops at 250 subscribers (MailerLite pricing). Sender stays cheaper on the entry paid plans and adds SMS.

Mailchimp
Choose Sender if your job is a newsletter plus order emails for a small business on a tight budget. Choose Mailchimp if you need a wide integration catalogue, store connections beyond the big platforms, or more seats than Sender's lower tiers give.
